Spent one fleeting night at this centrally located hotel. Check in was quick and hassle free. Room was well appointed and very clean. Room service quality was excellent, though a limited choice if you are a fussy eater. A great choice for breakfast and service was good.

Whenever a meeting is scheduled at the WTC tower, I prefer to be here. Very good silent room and good night sleep as well. Being near to the place is good. Food choices for dinner and lunch are restricted though. Wifi sometime gets disconnected

Perfect Business Hotel adjacent to Congress Center and 2 train stations with direct connection to Schiphol Airport. Even a walk to downtown of La Hague possible, but also with tram which has station very close to Hotel. Highly recommended for someone with program at Congress Center.

I have stayed in many many hotels in Netherlands and I was not expecting this hotel to be so nice comfortable and above all the service and reception and gas services are amazing. This is one of the few hotels that can accommodate up to 4 people before as per fire regulations in you more than three people are not allowed to stay in a ridiculous room we had a family suite which allows and gives permission to accommodate up to 4 people in the room was furnished with the next bed for my children also. The nice little touches like the children had their own bathroom amenity bag really entertain the kids as they had a sponge a comb baby shampoo. The breakfast has a kids corner which has kids plates cereal and crayons... The reception has sweets and mint water infused with cucumbers. Excellent hotel excellent service excellent room we loved it

My company booked 2 nights for me at the Zoetermeer location. I arrived late in the evening, and they informed me that they were overbooked and gave my room away for the first night!! They put me in a room in their Den Haag location, which is a terrible commute to the office, traffic-wise. The room was for handicapped, had almost no furniture except the bed. And the bathroom was a big tile room with a drain in the middle of the floor and a plastic chair in the corner. I felt like I was in a hospital. I kept tripping over the emergency pull cord which was stretched across the floor between the room and the bathroom! Also they said because of the inconvenience this room was a free upgrade and also included complimentary breakfast. However, the bill was almost twice as much as the second night in the originally booked hotel in Zoetermeer. The staff was very friendly and tried to be accommodating, however, this is a mistake that should never happen. If my boss had not been there to help me check in, I would have really panicked, since I don't speak the language and don't know my way around the Netherlands. They offered to give me a discount on my next stay, but I live in the US. I would never be able to take advantage of that.

When used in conjunction with a travel card, location of this hotel is fine. Quiet location and only a minutes walk to the tram station. Go anywhere from there. A complimentary breakfast however would have made this an overall excellent choice hotel. Convenient, clean and comfortable.

My experience after staying at the NH Den Haag hotel is very pleasant but I really expect a variation of the menu especially for Muslim guests. But overall the service that has been given during my stay was very satisfying to me

On this visit I stayed for just one night. I arrived in time for dinner and had a very nice meal in the restaurant. The staff are very friendly and the service is good. There is a relatively limited choice - but several things that I would have had. The squid was especially delicious and was served very hot so not greasy. The rooms are clean and comfortable so you get a good nights sleep before a working day.

Good reachable hotel; friendly staff. Renewed meeting facilities Located in business area. Not so many restaurants in the direct neighborhood, however relatively easy to access the city center of the Hague.

Stay is good. However, as the menu for the Breakfast need to be change as everyday it is same .. For Dinner the menu of food's also need to be change. I order 1 Chicken soup, but there wasn't any piece of chicken in that soup. Even though after inquiring I didn't got the answer. Also, need to be waited a lot for clearing the doubts that the bill \ invoice would be settled by my company.
