Aroma of halls very unpleasant. Room floor was “slimy.” The hot water stopped on third night. We lost water completely one Morning. Hostess was very kind and pleasant.

I was not allowed to check in to the hotel because my address shows me living in the same county. I don't live on the island, i live on the mainland but in the same county. Furthermore, I pre paid in full and can't talk with anyone at hotels .com or expedia about a refund. Super 8 told me it was out of their hands since i booked through a 3rd party entity.
