The female staff did not accommodate us on our room. It was cold and I had a 80 year old woman with me. I did not get the handicap bathroom that I payed for. I received a hearing accessible room. I was highly disappointed and we’ll not be staying here again when I visit Texarkana. P.s. Your new male staff was absolutely wonderful and has great customer service skills.
