• Shoes are not permitted in the game room and theater room
• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests

Booking & Guest Standards

• A signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival
• A refundable security deposit may apply in select cases
• Additional guests beyond 6: $25 per person, per night

Pet Policy

• Please keep pets off furniture and beds
