Having family in the area, we just spent one night and did not spend time at the hotel except for sleeping and breakfast. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was pretty typical of most hotels. I would recommend it and will stay there again.

Nice and clean. Great fora place to sleep and clean up

Clean hotel comfortable beds. Great staff, fast and friendly.

Friendly staff and great customer service. Clean hotel comfortable beds.

Nice clean place, good breakfast. Some noise from the highway, but overall ok.

I stayed in this hotel when I was moving from Lancaster, PA to Long Beach, CA and enjoyed it a lot.

Other than the fact that the Peach Tree was convenient to the interstate, the accommodations were disappointing. Carpet was dirty and badly stained throughout the hotel. Bathroom so small that you could not close the door once you entered. Food was very ordinary. We will definitely not go back.

The hotel was clean and friendly but old. The bathroom was very small..... difficult for two people to be in at the same time. Nice to know that pets were welcome. The breakfast was serve yourself with friendly conversation with other travelers.

Only there overnight. Stay was comfortable and relaxing after a long drive.

Hotel is convenient to I-70. The room was clean, but poor air circulation made it very stuffy. The beds are soft and the sheets itchy. Seems the property is run by Drury which as another property right next store. But the Pear Tree Inn needs some updating.

Only real problem was that the elevator was out of service just as we got in and my wife, who has a torn ligament in her ankle had to climb the stairs, thankfully only one flight. The elevator was promptly repaired.

Super-welcoming, friendly front desk staff, better-than-average breakfast, very comfy beds and other furniture. My wife and I are going to pick Pear Tree over other comparable hotels in the future, and brand loyalty is not a thing we ordinarily care at all about - with us, it's about value, which wasn't bad at all here either. Best hotel of the entire road trip!

The room was nice and we got a good night's rest. Only and overnight stay.

It was ok, the staff at the front desk was alright. Not as friendly as I have encountered at other hotels Room was average, bed was a little firm but no complaints

So close of the highway I drove by it at first. Very friendly staff, good sized and clean room, clean bathroom, big comfy bed.

Stayed here one night as a stop-over enroute to another location. The desk clerks that greeted us when we arrived and when we left were extremely friendly and helpful. Popcorn machine in the lobby is a nice touch. Rooms are a bit on the small side but exceptionally clean and beds were among the most comfortable we have found on our extended weekend trip -- which included stays at several so-called 4 star hotels. Breakfast bar is minimal and eating area very small. We skipped that part and ate elsewhere. Very quiet despite the proximity to the highway. All in all, a good experience and would consider staying there again if we find ourselves in the Terre Haute area.

The room was clean and the staff was courteous and accommodating!!!

new hotel. clean. courteous staff. breakfast buffet excellent, but not included in room price. overall very positive experience

My wife and I always stay at the Drury. It always bothered me that the Pear Tree was right next to it, for almost half the price. The breakfast was the same as the Drury, room looked almost exactly the same. The only difference was the bathroom. It was small. So small that you had to close the door to get in the shower. It really wasn't that big of a deal, but it was a surprise. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Very pleased with the value.

The staff was great. The room was clean and free popcorn.
