The Internet was broken during the stay. The room rate was obscene due to some local event that allowed IHG to brutalize their guests with shabby amenities and a ‘whatever’ kind of mind set. I will avoid IHG going forward.

The breakfast eggs, seasoned potatoes and fruit was good. Better than most hotels. The rooms are clean but starting to get a little dated. I've traveled a lot for work, so I'm a little picky. I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times for work and would stay again. Lonestar is attached to the hotel. So that was an added benefit.

Staff was really nice. But don’t clean my room and I had to request for the next day to. We had to ask for more towels as they only provided two. There were 4 of us. The rooms are very run down looking. Beds very uncomfortable. I was concreted about bed bugs as I found a bug but don’t think it was a bed bug though not sure. The carpets were very dirty and stained all in all it just looked like a hotel from the 80s inside the rooms. The lobby was nice and the staff were nice and then breakfast was fairly decent. Not what I would expect for a Holiday Inn.

Room was smaller than expected. Bathroom lighting is awful! You can’t see anything if you’re trying to put on makeup or do your hair. Beds were okay. I honestly expected more for a Holiday Inn. Staff was nice. Room could be cleaner. I probably won’t stay here again. Oh and they do have a great breakfast.

The room was clean. I didn’t like how the breakfast area/pool area was right outside my window. (People could tap on my window) But the guy during the afternoon/night was super sweet and helpful to me!
