I booked the property because it had an indoor pool. When we got there, the pool was closed and had been for two weeks prior to booking. It was closed by the board of health! This was not disclosed when booking. We stayed for two nights. The second day we had an event to attend and did not place the card on the door for them to clean, they came in anyways. Then when they left, they left the door slightly open and not latched. Anyone could’ve came in and robbed us blind. For their lack of transparency we will never book another stay with this hotel chain!
