Friendly staff. Felt very comfy and welcoming. Whole family enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and so was our room. It was a busy weekend and the staff handled it very well. Will definitely stay again.
Stopped here on our way home from Texas. Very nice facility. Clean and neat, nice room with an extra couch for comfortable reading. Beds were comfy and room was quiet. Breakfast was the best "hotel" type food we had on the whole trip, Cheesey eggs, bacon, hot buscuits and sausage gravy. Great coffee and juice. Easy on and off the highway.
No complaints about this place. Had late night, after midnight, check in and we were greeted by a friendly staff member. Check in was fast. Room was large, two queens and a sofa room for 3. I did not eat the breakfast but it looked pretty good. Waffles, biscuits and gravy.....
Appeared nice and clean but.... mold growing in bath tub corners, air conditioner did not cool, WiFi would not work, pool area needed updated (rust, mold and stained chairs), FREEZING pool that two year had to get out of due to shivering lips. Beds were very comfy. This just was not the normal comfort suites stay that I was use to. We left our at 6:40am on a Saturday and breakfast was to open at 7am. Everything was done and we ran in and got two cups of juice and a bagel. A rude lady behind desk told the man behind desk “get that bfast door shut it’s not open and they gotta a bowl (had bagel in it)”. Upon check out I informed the both of them all the concerns with the hotel and they said that they were sorry for the u fortunate stay! Tons of hotels in Terre Haute so please pick a different one for your stay!
We found the personnel very helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The only problem was a weather related issue that broke a window in our room due to heavy rain and hail. We mentioned the window breakage to the staff and they came up to inspect the window. It was not caused by any thing that we did just a fluke in nature. The staff verified the window was broken and it was determined to be caused by weather. I would highly recommend staying at this properly. They are great people. And a side note the breadfast area was clean and the food was hot. Thanks to the staff. we had a great stay
Access to this hotel was easy right off the interstate. This is an older hotel which is clean, but not well maintained. The elevator was out of service and I could not get the WIFI to work. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The 2 queen room is large, the bathroom was small and cramped. Breakfast was okay with not much variety.
Hotel is great, staff are AWESOME! All of my expectations were exceeded! The staff are all very courteous and treated my family like we were a part of theirs! That’s the best feeling when we there for such a sad occasion.
Check into the hotel and went up to my room with no problem. Room was on second floor with a view of lobby. The room had a king size bed, sleeper sofa, tv, microwave, and mini fridge. Nice desk and chair. Sleep well and there was no noise from the other rooms. Bed was hard and I did not like the heavy type of blanket. I need to keep this hotel listed for my next visit to the area. Breakfast in lobby.
The room we had appeared nice and spacious but our stay was made memorable by a few less than acceptable items. The toilet in the room seemed to be constantly blocked. Maintenance looked at it on day 1 but it didn’t really improve. Day 2 it was just as slow to flush if at all. We could not control the room temperature as it appeared that the controls were locked out. Adjusting the temperature or fan speed didn’t change anything. The windows were completely covered with condensation our whole time there. Breakfast was half decent. The condition of the hotel is worn. It appears that it has had a quickly done remodel in the past years but only on the surface. Value for your money is only fair. Next time I’m in Terre Haute I’ll find another place to stay. I’d give it a 2.5 really but gave them the benefit of rounding up.
Stayed one night on our way west. Great location, hotel set back from major roads and very quiet considering proximity to Route 70. Plenty of restaurants nearby . Our room was called a suite , sitting area is separated by a small half wall really just a large room. Bed comfortable had soft linens and good pillows. Breakfast had eggs, waffles cereal and fruit. It is included with room price so it was fine. Loved the welcome cookie in the lobby.
