Très bel hôtel mais service affreux à la réception

Très bel hôtel. Belle vue. Les chambres sont confortables. Par contre, notre séjour a été gâché par la réceptionniste car elle a été vraiment désagréable le lendemain de notre arrivée. Nous cherchions un moyen pour descendre au bourg car toutes les navettes étaient pleines (elle nous a mal renseigné la veille sur le fonctionnent ) et les taxis ne travaillaient pas cette journée là. Elle nous a regardé galérer pendant plus de deux heures à trouver une solution pour aller en ville (nous aurions pu rester à l’hôtel mais le restaurant était fermé donc rien à manger) et elle a finalement décidé de nous aider ! Ce qu’elle aurait pu faire dès le début. Pour nous c’est fini l’hôtel bois joli. C’est vraiment dommage d’avoir un service aussi déplorable pour un si bel établissement. Par contre le chauffeur de la navette de nuit a été notre coup de cœur du séjour ! Merci Florian ! Heureusement que tu étais là.

Need more frequent shuttle service to and from the town. Front desk staff need to consistent about information provided to guests. Breakfast was plentiful but boring. Considering this is a French island, the dinner was extremely disappointing. Either a new chef should be hired or they just need to overhaul the menu.

Beautiful but useless, stressful, and frustrating.

Gorgeous, and tranquil setting! The best part of the hotel. However the restaurant is mediocre, overpriced, slow service and bland food for such a fabulous setting. Also, the so-called “free shuttles” are so infrequent that they are almost useless. There are only a handful that head into town and they end at 4:45pm. You have to make reservations for them, and even if you do, a number of people will still take your place. After dinner ends, you have zero food and snack options and the shuttle does not operate in evening though you could try to pay extra for one. Most of the information I received from the staff was completely unreliable. We really felt like we were on our own in figuring everything out although it’s beautiful, we would not stay there again, most likely, and would not recommend it.

Chambre Lune de miel propose une vue mer exceptionnelle. Literie confortable. Pas de fer à repasser dans la chambre. Réception fermée en début de soirée. Cadre en bord de mer, bien ventilé. Parking pour garer scooter. Navette bien utile pour se rendre au village. Concernant le petit déjeuner, buffet assez restreint, simple mais petit plus pour le chocolat chaud et la machine à pressée les oranges pour du jus frais. Œufs à la demande.

Tout était parfait ou presque. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable, le service de qualité, un lait végétal au petit déjeuner serait le bienvenu et un service pour monter. L’hôtel est sur la plage avec une mention pour le snorkeling et très proche de la plage du pain de sucre incontournable de l’ile. Je remercie principalement le personnel du restaurant avec un colombo de poulet et des boudins de poisson super bons. Le petit-déjeuner est parfait, du sucré, du salé, jus de fruit frais à disposition et oeufs brouillés à la demande.

Hôtel très éloigné, un seul restaurant. Notre chambre en RDC avait beaucoup de vis à vis et sentait le moisi. Attention l’hôtel ne rembourse pas si vous écourtez votre séjour alors qu’ils vous ont installé dans une chambre PMR mal placée.
