The stay for 10 days was amazing! :) The hotel was clean and, the service was friendly. You could wind down in the sauna, or read one of the 10,000 books in the lounge! But, I would suggest you consider adding an indoor pool. Thank you!
The moment that we arrived to the hotel we were greeted in the most friendly manner. The hotel front desk personnel were always kind and knew all the answers to any questions I had, they were beyond helpful. The rooms were spacious and modern. The cleaning staff did an amazing job cleaning. Our room was always spotless. The hotel is located right on the main street with many main attractions and transport just steps away. Overall this hotel exceeded all expactations I would recommend anyone booking a trip to Barcelona to stay here.
The hotel does not have to be perfect. I judge my experience a lot by the way I was treated by the staff. The staff here was tops!!! Outstanding, friendly, helpful, polite, patient with my limited Spanish etc.
Very clean hotel and such a friendly and helpful staff. They were great at answering any questions we ever had.
Staff very professional and friendly, overall very modern furniture bedroom a little small but cozy, very clean will highly recommend.
