The room was too hot, the ac did not work and too much street noise. In addition the bed was uncomfortable. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There is no heat in the room, so they put in 2 small electric heaters, maybe by the time we leave the room will have warmed up. There was no conditioner in the conditioner bottle in the shower, the bathtub drain was plugged and the water didn’t drain out while I was showering. The tap in the shower/tub is reversed (you have to turn it on cold to get hot water and hot to get cold water). And because there are now 2 electric heaters running in the room, when I went to use the microwave for a few seconds the whole power in the room went out and we had to call the front desk (again) and get them to turn the power back on because I apparently blew the breaker.

Room was described as a mountain view and the only thing we saw was the roof and air conditioning units on it!! Anyone on the second floor and odd number rooms should not be said they are a mountain view. Other than that everything was lovely room nice and clean and breakfast was great.

The staff and breakfast were great and the room was good. But it was Halloween and there was extremely loud music maybe from the room next to us but possibly the bar? and people being very loud in the halls in the middle of the night. Then we were woken up by blasting music again at 6:35 AM
