Enjoyable Seaside Apartment

We truly enjoyed Patrizia's Sweet Home during our stay in Sicily on the shores of the Med. The apartment had everything we needed and much more. It was clean, organized and very comfortable, located directly across from the beach. Patrizia was very responsive to any questions we had and made our stay extremely enjoyable. We would recommend this apartment and intend to stay there on our next visit to Sicily.

one of the best apartments we ever rented

Patrizia' sweet home gives you an incredible sensation of being at home. Spacious, planned and furnished with excellent taste and attention to details (the beautiful maioliche in the bathroom and in the kitchen, excellent bed-linen or elegant fire-place). The sea and the breath-taking view, Terme Parco Augusto, a lot of interesting places to visit close by - we stayed at Patrizia' Home for 10 days on Christmas vacations are left with regret. The price for such an apartment is very generous. Patrizia is an angel, always ready to help. Please, treat her well! Right in front of the house a local fisherman often sells good fish in the mornings. The panificio on the lungomare ( bakery on the sea embankment 800 meters towards Milazzo is excellent. It is better to have a car, but we survived without it. We recommend this place wholeheartedly!

Tolle Dachgeschosswohnung am Strand mit Meerblick

Die geräumige Wohnung in der dritten Etage ist traditionell stilvoll eingerichtet. Den Blick über den Strand auf das Meer gibt es vom schönen Balkon und von der angrenzenden Küche. Das Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Sessel, sowie einem Gästebett bildet das Zentrum der Wohnung. Die Küche ist groß, gut ausgestattet und enthält einen Esstisch mit vier Stühlen. Auf der anderen Seite des Wohnzimmers befinden sich die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer mit WC, Dusche, Bidet und Waschmaschine. Einziger milder Schwachpunkt der Wohnung: Menschen über 1,80m Körpergröße müssen im Bad teilweise den Kopf einziehen um sich nicht zu stoßen. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung mit sehr netten Inhabern.

Traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge garantiert!

Leider hatten wir nur eine Woche Zeit, die wir in unserem charmanten Feriendomizil verbringen durften. Die großzügige Raumaufteilung und vorallem die Dachterrasse mit den allabentlichen Sonnenuntergängen über dem Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Der Strand vor der Haustür war auch im Hauptferienmonat August nie überfüllt und erstaunlicherweise auch nicht bewirtschaftet. Schwimmschuhe wegen der kieseligen Strandabschnitte sind empfehlenswert. Dank der luftigen Höhe der Wohnung im dritten Stock (für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht geeignet!) und der Meeresbrise benötigt man auch im Hochsommer keine Klimaanlage. Wir habe in der Wohnung alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten. Wer allerdings den typisch deutschen Kaffee am Morgen liebt, sollte vorsorgen. Eine Kaffeemaschine, wie wir sie kennen, gibt es dort nicht. Da die nächsten Supermärkte einige Kilometer entfernt liegen, sollte diese Wohnung nur mieten, wer über ein Auto verfügt. Ausflüge zum Etna oder zu den Äolischen Inseln (am besten von Portorosa aus!) haben unseren wunderschönen Urlaub noch bereichert. Am besten lässt man sich von der sehr netten Vermieterin ein paar Tipps geben.

Superbe location que nous conseillons

L'appartement est grand, propre, très bien équipé et très bien situé. La vue sur la terrasse donnant sur les iles éoliennes est magnifique. Patrizia, la propriétaire, est d'une extrême gentillesse. Malgré l'heure tardive et notre retard, nous avons vraiment été très bien accueillie. Patrizia nous a même conseillé sur les sorties et visites susceptibles d'intéresser nos enfants. Nous avons vraiment passé une excellente semaine. Merci Patrizia.

excellent rapport qualité/prix

Un appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé avec une très agréable terrasse face à la mer et aux îles éoliennes. Un accueil très chaleureux avec un superbe panier de fruits frais et un échantillon de pâtisseries locales pour nous mettre en appétit, sans compter des conseils et même un guidage vers la supérette la plus proche à notre arrivée. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Seul bémol, la ville même de Terme Vigliatore n'offre guère d'intérêt touristique (en dehors de la mer) ; elle est cependant à 20 minutes de Milazzo avec ses possibilités de navettes fréquentes vers les îles éoliennes.
