The house is very modern with minimalist decoration, comfortable and very luminous, with a living area of 142 m². It is a spacious property, as it has two floors where you can find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a terrace with hammocks where you can enjoy pleasant afternoons in the sun, as the climate of the area accompanies most of the year. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the area and spend a few relaxing days with your family, partner or friends.



It is very well located 550 m from the supermarket "Dialprix Abades", 600 m from the restaurant "Samelo Veg", 450 m from the sandy beach "Playa de los Abriguitos", 18 km from the airport "Tenerife South Airport" and is located in an ideal area for families and close to the sea.



The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and is equipped with the following: garden furniture, washing machine, internet access (wifi) only on the upper floor of the house, hairdryer, alarm, outdoor parking in the same building, 2 TVs.
