From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff, from the reception desk to housekeeping, was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team answered all our questions with patience and warmth. Special thanks to Ana at reception for her cheerful attitude, excellent support, and great advice, which truly made a difference in our stay. We also greatly appreciated Caterina, who organized our excursions and recommended wonderful places to dine; her suggestions were spot on. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and are already planning to return next year for a longer stay at this same hotel. Highly recommended!

The restaurant had a vast choice of food with varying themes across the week. The pool bar also had a small selection of food that was ideal for children or a snack. The beds were comfortable and made/changed daily. The pool areas were clean with enough available sunbeds for all. The hotel could do with a coat of fresh paint and the fact we couldn't get late check out was annoying but we would still goe back.
