With a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and listen to the sound of the sea. Luminous, with capacity for 3 people, Internet Wifi fibre at 300mb and parking space. A few minutes from Las Teresitas and San Andrés, a small fishing village where you can discover the local gastronomy, this flat has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

This cozy and bright apartment is ideal for families and couples as it has capacity for 3 people, distributed in a nice bedroom with views, double bed and open to the living room, which has a single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, a nice terrace where you can relax and a bathroom. With Wifi Fiber Internet, parking space and a unique location in front of the sea, with a beautiful black sand beach. Ideal for lovers of the sea and water sports as well as for mountain lovers.

The property has a fridge, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, Wifi fibre internet, television, cot and high chair. In the urbanisation there is a solarium area and communal parking space and direct access to the beach.
