Good location, well kept property. Short walk to the beach. Perfect place to relax. Thanks.
Really good place to stay. Everything you need if you want to cook for yourself and only a short walk to the supermarket. Excellent communication with Debora and Guillermo, on time collection from and to the airport ( thanks Guillermo) and we will certainly be looking to stay again. Super holiday and fully recommend this property.

Ferienwohnung war sehr schön,nur die Ausstattung der Küche etwas mager( keine Gewürze,Salz,Zucker,ect,kein kleines Messer...) und auf dem Balkon wäre eine Markise empfehlenswert.Aber sonst alles toppi,wir können gerne wieder

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Blick aufs Meer!
Die Wohnung liegt in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage in leichter Hanglage mit sehr schönem Blick aufs Meer. Dadurch kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Wohnung ist komplett nach Westen ausgerichtet. Der Balkon bietet Platz für einen Tisch und vier Stühle. Vermutlich kennt man in Spanien den Lattenrost für das Bett nicht. Die Matrazen lagen lediglich auf einem Bettgestell mit Holzplatte. Entsprechend hart liegt man. Aber, das empfindet natürlich jeder anders. Wir buchen diese Wohnung sicherlich wieder und hoffen, dass der Vermieter bis dahin eine flexiblere Bettlösung gefunden hat. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Toller Ausblick vom Balkon in gepflegte Nachbaranlage und aufs Meer,sehr entgegenkommender Vermieter
Die Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Sie ist ein hervorragender Standort sowohl zum Bade- als auch zum Erkundungsurlaub mit dem Auto. Zwei Bäder und zwei Balkone machen den großzügigen Eindruck der Wohnung komplett.
Der Beauftragte des Vermieters half uns bei einem aufkommenden Problem sofort und sehr entgegenkommend.

Sehr gepflegt, hübsche Anlage, toller Blick vom Balkon!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden bei unserem Aufenthalt im Oktober 2018. Ausgesprochen nette Betreuung durch William und Deborah, ein gepflegtes, geschmackvolles Appartement, schöner Pool, immer einen Parkplatz für den Mietwagen vor der Tür - wir würden wieder kommen.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das große Bad wunderschön und der Blick zum Sonnenuntergang so bezaubernd wie auf dem Foto. Die nagelneuen Matratzen sind gut für jeden, der gerne eine feste Unterlage hat - mir persönlich etwas zu hart. Aber in jedem Fall besser als durchgelegen! Die Umgebung ist insgesamt sehr ruhig, nur manchmal hört man abends etwas vom Unterhaltungsprogramm der Hotels in der Nähe. Hilfreich fand ich den Trinkwasser-Automaten (in der Nähe des Pools), an dem man rund um die Uhr Wasser für 10 cent/Liter zapfen kann. Die Waschmaschine haben wir nicht gebraucht, aber sogar Waschpulver stand kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Man fühlt sich wie zuhause! Ein toller Standort für Ausflüge über die Insel, schnell vom Flughafen zu erreichen (Autofahrt ca. 15 Min.), zu Fuß kann man zu zwei verschiedenen, geschützten Sandstränden - (ca. 15-25 min). Beim einen, dem "Playa del Duque" gibt es sogar direkt am Strand eine Tiefgarage und alle Annehmlichkeiten eines sehr gepflegten Strandes - perfekt für Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

gut gelegen, guter kontakt zu vermietern
Wir waren Ende Juni 2017 eine Woche auf Teneriffa, mit Mietwagen. Costa Adeje ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Insel, hat aber auch selbst schöne Strände und nette Ecken. Die Wohnanlage ist gepflegt und ruhig, Parken an der Straße kein Problem. der Blick vom Balkon: die gepflegten Vorgärten der angrenzenden Anlage, Palmen, das Meer. Manchmal hörte man abends das Animationsprogramm entfernter Hotels, aber das störte uns nicht und lässt sich in einem Ferienort auch nicht vermeiden. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in laufnähe den Hügel runter gen Zentrum (ca 10min wenn man den Weg kennt), aber auch einen Lidl (mit dem Auto ca 10 min TF 1 grob Richtung guía de isora).
Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, die Wohnung sauber. Das große Bad wohl frisch renoviert. Das Haustürschloss klemmte als mal, sonst alles ok. Es gibt einen Pool, den benutzten wir aber nicht; insgesamt waren auch wenige drin - wir waren aber tagsüber kaum da.
Die Kommunikation mit Debora und ihrem Mann lief auf Englisch und ohne Probleme.
Wir würden wieder kommen.
