Too noisy, not clean, poor conditions - carpet, walls, bed, linens, etc.

The rooms are trashed. Doors broken. Bathroom and front door. Holes in the wall. Mark’s everywhere. This place is not good.

I didn't like all the drug activity and the fact that there was prostitution on the property, trash everywhere and abandoned stolen vehicles on the property.

Rooms were in a terrible condition, Spiders in the first one they gave us. Very furty carpet, broken goolet seat and entrance door. Changed room an it was not much better. No coffee maker, bead spread dirty and stinky. Terrible people staying at hotel. Look like drug addicts and dealers. Never will stay at this hotel again.

Location is not in the best neighborhood. Beds were nice and comfortable.

Monique was very helpful I'm very happy she was able to finally help us get our discount.

The reason for such the bad rating is how unsafe the hotel feels. I checked in late, around 11 pm. There were people lurking around outside the rooms. That may not necessarily be the fault of the hotel owners, but more a reflection of the area. However, beefing up security or not letting people hang around the hotel and the parking lot may help. This wouldn’t be an issue if you didn’t have to go outside to get to your room, where people can see if you’re alone and what room you are going into.

Property was runner down. There was a missing iron. Bathroom door wouldn't close

I reserved a non-smoking room but the smell of smoke was overpowering, complete with ashes in the bathroom and a burned toilet seat.

I thought was very friendly and pleasnt. The room was ok though you could tell it was older and the bathroom was stained. They could improve it by fixing things that were broken and cleaning a Bit better!

The property is clean but old and run down so it looks dingy. It is in need of an update. There were various spots on the wall where bad patches were done. We couldn’t figure out how to work the tv and couldn’t reach the front desk by phone. We needed a spot on short notice to spend the night that was inexpensive (and everything else around us was full) so it served that purpose but I would not recommend it.

It wsd a little messy on the outside nothimg a little walk around with a trash bag wouldnt help. Nice staff. The only down fall was i found things in the room from another customer that were shoved partially behind a picture. Overall. Itwas not bad

Homeless sleeping by the pool one of the a c unit dint work but the rooms and bads are okay

I normally only write good reviews. But don't stay at this hotel. Hotel run down not clean. Bad area. If I didn't have ny kids I would have slept in my car. Wyndham needs to inspect this propety

We were told we had a non smoking room, but we did not. Horrible mold in the bathroom. Sticky stuff on the counter. Sheets did not go to the end of the bed and our feet were on the bare mattress. Basically we were grossed out with the smell, mold and sheets that didn't cover the whole mattress.

The exterior was very run down and not what I would have come to expect from Wyndham. The pictures in the website are very miss-leading, as the office looked as bad as the outside, the rooms even worse, and the staff in regular street clothes.

ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN. STAFF WAS GREAT. BREAKFAST WAS FREE. NICE TOUCH!
