I have been visiting Telluride regularly for the past 20 years, and this space for me was perfect. It was immaculate on arrival, and so much more charming and warm than a traditional hotel type room. Access to the town was easy, as well as just a stone’s throw from Chair 7. Jennifer ( the owner) was so communicative from before, during, and after. I would highly recommend this unit for an individual or couple and I will check availability for future visits. Thank you Jennifer and the Telluride community for another wonderful get away…

If I ever come back to Telluride, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The room was gorgeous, super clean, and accommodating in every way. The king bed was comfortable and we appreciated the ample towels and robes which we utilized. The hostess was also very lovely and excellent with communications throughout our stay. I also appreciated the artwork in the house. In particular, the collection of feather paintings.

Great place, great location in town. Jennifer went above and beyond and was very accommodating – one in our party was injured and could not walk, but Jennifer offered and came to give us a ride to dinner. 5 stars and will stay here again on our next trip to Telluride if available. Highly recommend.

Very nice apartment that’s close to the chairlift and town shuttle. The town has several good bars and restaurants. Definitely visit the museum.Apartment owner is very responsive and proactively initiates contact. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

The host was very accommodating and flexible with our situation. The hospitality is incredible. The location is a short walk to downtown and the gondola. The place had what it describes plus all the small amenities that we used such as the humidifier, all the extra kitchen items, and the fireplace. I would come back.

This was the perfect spot to spend the weekend! Five minutes walking to downtown, the gondola, etc. It was very charming, cute, and very cozy. We loved having the fireplace on during breakfast, the bed was super comfy and the shower gets nice and hot. Perfectly cordial and fast communication with the owner as well. Nothing but great things to say!

Only issue we had was obtaining the door key through the lock box. Work crews who stayed up late and noisily monopolized the hot tub area were an annoyance but not the condo owner’s fault, but rather the fault of the property

This unit was the perfect size for my husband and me. We cooked meals there and had everything we needed. Very clean, great communication with the owner, nice part of town by the river on the west end. Exterior was not super fancy, but you pay a lot to get that in Telluride. Very good value.

We really enjoyed Jennifer’s sweet spot along the creek. We didn’t get in our car once because we could walk along the creek path to anything we wanted to do, eat out, grab a coffee, hike, shop…She has done an amazing job of renovating a typical condo and making you feel like you’re in a custom cottage. Very tasteful. The hot tub was a welcome spot after steep climbs and sitting by the creek with our coffee were perfect bookends to our days.Check-in and communication with Jennifer was seamless too. And parking was simple and free. Bonus!We will definitely book again!

Very nice condo in a convenient location

I agree with other comments about this apartment. The kitchen is well stocked, the LR is comfortable and the king bed is excellent. We stayed in the summer (July) and the unit was a bit warm which was our only concern but we still were able to sleep. And lastly the property manager was very available -

Great Home Base in Telluride!

We stayed at Jennifer's place over the 4th of July and it was the perfect home base to enjoy Telluride for the first time! Once we parked the car, we didn't have to use it once during our stay because it was just so convenient to get to anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was cozy and the bed was SO comfortable. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and provided excellent check-in instructions. The frosted windows were a really nice touch - the unit is on the ground floor and there were people walking by all day. Since we were there in summer, we did open the windows to get fresh air and cool down the unit with the only downside being noise from the parking lot and walkways during the day (it was very quiet at night!). The unit was very clean and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked - although prep and storage space was limited. If you are planning on staying in and cooking elaborate meals, you may want to consider a rental wtih a larger kitchen.
