Amazing staff and hotel
Our recent stay the Carlton Tel Aviv was enjoyable particularly due to the fitness and pool facilities. Both of these options were excellent- really the nicest of any Tel Aviv hotels we have stayed before. The hotel room itself was very comfortable but small details like finding dirty coffee cups at the in room coffee pot and needing to ask housekeeping for towels when the room was cleaned was disappointing. The last night we spent of a 6 night stay - we ran out of toilet paper because housekeeping staff did not replenish it as they had done earlier in our stay. Overall we enjoy the Tel Aviv Carlton very much but I could tell they were being a bit stingy with certain amenities.
Staff was very responsive to issues we encountered
On Orbitz it listed the room with a king size bed. Upon arrival we got a room with a bed that seemed like a full size. We were told king size cannot be garanteed. After an hour or so they were able to switch us to a new room with a king size bed. After switching rooms and wanting to take a shower, the new room had an issue in the bathtub. The maintanance person came twice trying to fix the issue but unfortunately could not completely fix it that day. There was also an AC leak. The staff was very nice in trying to fix the several issues, but being a 5 star hotel, we expected more.
TLV is amazing. Hotel is fine but not extraordinary
We walked and was greeted with a drink asked if we needed anything. They let us check in early like 2 hours. Hotel was very clean. Unlimited green apples. Very friendly employees always with a smile. We will deffinitly be back there again sometime soon.
Certainly not luxury as stated. Although renovated has an old feel. I know I'm picky. Amazing pool, view from my room and balcony. I wouldn't stay again though.
Great View, Great Breakfast, responsive service. Many positives including location, cleanliness. Best part of TA. Negatives: No free parking, could not leave my change of clothes in the locker in the fitness club for no apparent reason.
Very clean. Very comfortable. Central location. Overall an excellent hotel.
easy walk to Dizengoff Can walk from hotel to promenade hotel on the beach
THe view of the beach from our room was breath-taking.
Mixed experience. Paid for superior room but received small pie shaped room on low floor and did not include breakfeast buffet. However the breakfeast buffet is very good. Upper floor rooms bigger and refurbished unlike lower floors. Managment was slow to address complaints but finally attempted to address problems.
comfortable but chamber staff did not clean used cups.
Hotel undergoing major renovation affecting the lobby floor and the perimeter of the property. We could not sit outside and/or enjoy the view due to construction. We did not know this prior to making the reservation. Would have been nice to know. Still a great hotel at a great price, but not without compromise.
Excelente ubicación el hotel muy correcto , lo unico malo fue que eligimos esta propiedad por sibre otras porque decia tener esta ionamiento y no solo no tiene si no que estar en la zona es imposible y el Estacionamiento cercano es carisimo
