great location, excellannt breakfat the staff went out of there way to help

This hotel has small rooms, yes... But the location, service and price make up for any other flaws. Management is simply amazing and attentive. The breakfast is top notch, better than at any surrounding big hotel (trust me!). Again, wow!

Very good breakfast, close to the beach, the rooms are small and the interior is quite worn. The staff is nice. The swimming pool is small.

Perfect beach hotel with a great location. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Close to many other hotels if traveling with business associates, who prefer the Hilton or Sheraton.

We ate sleep, visited the beach, pool, went shopping ate ate various restaurants, walked to Jaffa Port, etc.

Average hotel with good proximity to the beach. Lousy internet service if that is something you need. All in all, a fair deal though.

The staff was friendly. The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. Missing a comfortable chair to sit in front of the desk. Room was very clean. Great location. Price too high for the accomodations, but probably due to vicinity.

I am new to Tel Aviv, in on business. It could be a lot of business, so this was the first of what I expect to be several hotels tried in the city. What I am looking for in the hotel that I will end up frequenting is for it to be not about business. I do not want to talk shop at the end of the day, and I do not want to get in to chats with other business travelers on what they happen to be selling. The Leonardo turned out for me to be a pretty decent surprise. Nothing run-down here, everything perfectly clean and working. The room was comfortable for an entire week, if a bit on the small side (they have larger, I will make sure to get one next time). The service was exactly what was asked for, nothing extraordinary but always prompt and polite. For inside food there is breakfast which had a lot to choose from. There is also room service (and I think it is only room service, no sit-down) in the evening from a small menu - just enough to cover the basics. All meals had here were of a very good quality very reasonably priced. I cannot think of a hotel in any large city in the US where I can get a full meal with a drink for the price I paid here. So rooms - check. Food - check. Service - check. It is a bit of a tour-bus origin (or destination), but that may be a common trait in beach hotels in Tel Aviv. The location is what sealed it for me as a very good experience though. A quick walk to the beach, with several close on-the-beach cafes/bars, an easy walk down the beach road and the long line of hotels and shops, and only a block or two from some of the more active streets in the city when it comes to people watching. I would recommend the Leonardo to anyone with similar tastes. Its not 5-star, it doesnt pretend to be. There is no disco thankfully. And the crowd that I saw through my week here wasnt the kind to generate a spontaneous party in the corrdidor. The Leonardo was clean and comfortable - easy access to all the fun things that can be done here, but without that fun following you home when you want it to be over for the day.

We were upgraded from Leonard Basel to Leonard Plaza on the beach. Good breakfast, walking distances to city tour bus-stop,to market,Old Jaffa City & restaurants.

Fantastic Service. Very friendly staff. Great location.
