This is a horrible hotel, more like budget motel, and the price is expansive. For $220 per night you can get Hotel around thus region with better facilities. First the cupboard in our room is torn, ripped. The room has a mouldy smell, all the furniture are old and some are broken. They can't reset the safe in our room. They sent a guy who cannot speak English to assist us !!! Our room air-con don't work and the receptionist is not sure if the heater or aircon is on ! She gave us the wrong information and even told us to open the window and sleep. But the noise from the street below makes it impossible to sleep. Don't book this Hotel!
My parents actually got up at 2 am, and decided in the middle of the night to leave to another hotel!! There was no one to talk to, they just left.. They couldn't sleep, everything felt dirty and scratchy. Horrible..
Located in an (noisy) avenue but very close to the beach is an excellent choise for business trip. You can go by feet to the beach (where many cafes and restaurants are located). The stuff was very polite and the room service very good. The breakfast was a typical one as for the hotel category.
This hotel is okay and the location is good - very close to the beach and the liveliest part of Dizengoff Street. However the hotel itself needs a lot of TLC - it is a bit dirty, the room aren't great, and a lot of things seem not to work
Kind staff especially the reception manageress Rotem profethional and dedicated to the guests dining room clean beautiful deli she's breakfast I stayed there for few weeks and felt like at home clean room defiantly recommend this hotel gladly will go back. l
Very old room. Dirty windows have not been cleaned for at least a year. Uncooked room Very dirty carpets. Not a delicious breakfast and a very cold service at the hotel staff. I would not go back to this hotel for free either. The only advantage of this hotel is the location
We have stayed in Deborah 5 nights in June, the location is perfect, beach is in 3 minutes walking distance, city center with lots of various cuisines you can taste, hotel stuff was very friendly and helpfull, special thank's for Ilja for hospitality and nice atmosphere:) Ofcourse, stuning views from 10th and 11th floor rooms were part of good mood for all our time! I would be happy to visit this hotel in the future! Lina
Very nice hotel and walking distance to the beach. The staff Patrick, Rotem, and Ilya were amazing and very helpful to our needs. The hotel is close to the Carmel and Soriano Markets as well as restaurants. I recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Tel Aviv
Best location. You can take a bus everywhere even with your luggage which we did when leaving after getting totally ripped off by a cab on the way there. You can walk quickly to the beach, to a multitude of kosher restaurants and to shopping which is all around. Since this wasn't a five star with five star prices where North Americans usually congregate we actually got to meet some interesting Israelis who were staying there the Shabbat before Pesach. Our room on the 9th floor had an amazing view of the ocean and the city. The room was basic but fine for us. The food was very good especially the Friday night dinner which was excellent. The only weird thing was no spigot for the tub so had to use the hand shower to run water into the tub. Staff was quite friendly. We stayed for 5 days and would return.
1) Good staff and customer relationship. 2) Good location, (bus stops) close to Tel Aviv Beach. I love it. 3) The lifts need to be upgraded to a higher standard. 4) Good link to the tourism firms in the country. 5) DEBORAH IS THE BEST.
