Modern furnished apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, separate bedroom with double bed, shower room / WC and large south-facing terrace with equipment. Free parking space directly at the apartment.

In the middle of the Tecklenburg old town lies our apartment complex with 4 modern apartments of 30 / 40m². The apartments are basement apartments in the basement of the local supermarket, but with large exterior windows and partly with a furnished terrace. Each apartment has a large living room with satellite TV / radio, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchenette and modern bedroom. The apartment 1 has a living room / bedroom, no separate bedroom and no terrace (total living space about 30 m²). There is basically no leasing to fitters.
The apartment features a patio and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
