The structure derives from the division of a villa, located in a residential area, in two distinct apartments, directly on the sea, independent, fenced and neighboring with maritime state property. It is located in Marina di Mancaversa, south of Gallipoli-Baia Verde. Consumption of water, light and gas included in the final cost up to 4 people.
