April weekvacation

The condo was very clean. It has a beautiful view of the marina and ocean and the birds nest (I loved to listen to the birds in the morning on the balcony). It was very close to everything. The pool area with a large jacuzzi was clean and not crowded in the morning. The staff was extremely friendly with most notably bartender's Wally and Tara. I felt safe there. Mostly families or older adults. All in all I recommend Ocean Point.

Great Family Get Away

We had a great stay! The condo was clean & looked like the pictures online. The only negative was our neighbors next door that partied until 4AM! They clearly did not obey the stated quiet hours.

Access issues mostly unresolved

The condo was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated. It is a third floor unit and the elevator was out of service for the first 4 days of our 5 day visit. I have mobility difficulties. The stairs were a great issue for me. Causing me unnecessary pain during my vacation. No accommodations were offered by the host. When we checked in guest room tv was inoperable. The host replaced the tv during the second day of our visit.

Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful and we had a direct view of the ocean from our condo. We were pretty cetrally located to everything we planned to do in Key Largo. We were also isolated enough to not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of the main roads, but close to stores, restaurants, and gas stations. The owners/management team was really quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience. Would vacation with them again.

The unit is very spacious and clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful property. Nice pool and loved having the marina right beside our building since we brought our boat.

First time in the Keys

Overall I would give this property a 7. The condo was really nice, was ideal for our family of 5. We were able to access the private beach everyday and plenty of space to relax in the evening. it just had 2 major flaws. The internet didn’t work for 7 full days. No matter what we did, we had no luck. When we called the property management company we were told the internet is spotty on the island. After speaking with numerous people, that isn’t the case and we fully assume this condo has no internet. My husband works remotely and we had to use our cell phone hot spot to simply just get TV on in the evening. The mattress in the master was terrible. By the 3rd night, my husband and I were sleeping in the pull out couch. When a couch is more comfortable that should you something.

The mattress on the king size bed is far too soft and saggy; poor sleep quality because of this. Otherwise absolutely no complaints.

Ocean Point Suites

Loved the property and townhome...Barefeet rentals seemed to overcomplicate check in....was required to drive 15 miles out of the way for office check in when an electronic door code could have been passed via email...

It would be a positive if we didn’t have to stop at the office in key largo. That all felt confusing and the hours weren’t great. Also, the guy at the gate didn’t have our information and wouldn’t let us past security. We spent about 20 or 30 minutes making phone calls to get approval from barefoot rentals to go through so we could make it past the security guard. I don’t know what the issue is there but it would be a much more positive experience for barefoot rental guests if that could be ironed out.

Very disappointed!

We have stayed at Ocean Pointe Suites four times. The first three were great, this stay wasn’t. The resort is great. This condo was not. No blow dryer, no extra pillows and blankets and only three coffee cups and three steak knives. That’s just part of the list. Most condos have little incidentals like salt and pepper and garbage bags. Not this place. The place was also not very clean. We will not stay in 5308 or deal with Barefoot Rentals again.
