The Space:
Recently renovated, our sleek holiday home is the ultimate retreat for families or corporate getaways, accommodation up to a maximum of six guests. The fully equipped kitchen and long dining table set the scene for memorable meals with a view. Bedroom one boasts a king bed and its own ensuite and its own access to the serene fully fenced outdoor courtyard, whilst bedroom two has a queen bed & bedroom 3 has two single beds and the family bathroom is adjacent to both perfect for families. Downstairs offers a kid- friendly TV lounge and garage/ games area with darts and table tennis and also for added convenience also a third bathroom

PLEASE NOTE – This property is STRICTLY not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.
The whole home is yours to access and enjoy.
Please kindly note that the spa facility on the premises is not listed as an amenity and is strictly not available for guest to use.
You are welcome to use the BBQ
You will find laundry facilities conveniently tucked away in the upper level hallway cupboard.
If you do require secure parking in the garage you are welcome to fold up the ping pong table and move aside. There is owner storage in the garage but there is space on the other side.

Other Things to Note:
This house is in the perfect location: walking distance to the Mole & Chicken, or the very popular Two Mile Bay Sailing Center ,restaurants. If you are coming for one of Taupo's iconic sporting events, this is the ideal location to be central to it all.
The boat ramp and renowned Two Mile bay Sailing center are just 1.5 Kilometers away, offering a captivating waterside atmosphere and delightful barista-made coffee.
The Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
