The property has potential, but unfortunately cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities were a letdown.The tile floors were visibly dirty and appeared overdue for a proper deep clean. The bedding also raised concerns — the duvet did not feel clean, and the extra blankets stored in the bedroom closets had a strong, unpleasant smell.The second upstairs bedroom is not well suited for guests. It doesn’t have a proper window (only shutters), which made the room very cold at night. There is also no heater provided, and the electric blanket on one of the beds couldn’t reach a power outlet, making it unusable.We were also told in advance that the heaters would be turned on prior to our arrival, as we were checking in around 8:30 pm and the property manager was aware of this. However, when we arrived, the property was very cold and none of the heating units were on, which made the first night particularly uncomfortable.The balcony was quite dirty as well, so we chose not to use it during our stay.Additionally, the kitchen was poorly equipped — there wasn’t a single sharp knife available, making basic food preparation difficult.The property also has a generally run-down feel. There are visible signs of neglect, such as peeling wallpaper and ceiling fixtures that appear loose or hanging. Overall, it feels like there has been little to no interior maintenance done for many years (potentially decades).With proper cleaning, maintenance, and attention to these practical de
