Greenwood Homestead is a beautifully renovated farm homestead just minutes from the Purakaunui Falls.
The expansive house and gardens allow large groups or families a chance to unwind and explore the scenic Catlins area from a comfortable and functional base.
The house itself has multiple living room areas as well as a large kitchen dining area and is surrounded by a beautiful garden.
You can enjoy the garden or stargaze from the hot tub, and if the weather is less than ideal the view can be enjoyed from inside the house next to the fire.
While this is a remote location you are only minutes from the Purakaunui Falls, Purakaunui Bay, Papotowai and Owaka. The nearest supermarket is Owaka so we would suggest picking up extra supplies here on the way through.
