The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in especially the pillows.All the staff were so nice and welcoming especially Maan,Emun,Gina,Bernadette,Jasmine,Cheska,Aubrey,Heart and the security guards who always helped to guide us parking our car,opened the lobby door and watched over the safety of the guests.

The toilet bowl in our room was clogged. No hot water for the bathtub just the shower. I rated 2 coz the staff are all nice and accommodating.

The accommodation and staff was great, room was very clean. My only issue was when taking a shower, water goes through the door to the bathroom area instead of being contained within the shower area, other than that we had a very pleasant stay.
