Es realmente preocupante que un servicio que, en general, ha sido adecuado, se vea completamente opacado por una falta de cumplimiento tan básica como la emisión de una factura. No hay justificación para que, habiendo un compromiso claro de envío el día de ayer, al momento siga sin recibirse. Este tipo de incumplimientos reflejan una falta de control y seriedad en sus procesos administrativos. De no resolverse de inmediato, me veré en la necesidad de escalar la situación con las áreas correspondientes, ya que el retraso está afectando directamente nuestros procesos internos. Solicito se atienda con carácter urgente y se envíe la factura el día de hoy sin falta.
