Hotel is new which is why we rated it clean. The hotel policy on daily cleaning, replacement of towels, tissue and trash removal is just terrible. One evening the host stated they had no towels and we had placed used towels on the floor. During a thee night stay with three rooms purchased for family, NOT ONE DAY DID TRASH GET REMOVED, BEDS MADE OR TOWELS GET REFRESHED.

Very nice staff. Love the pleasant smell when you walk in room. I hate that the rooms do not have a microwave. Property is fairly new and I hope they keep up the cleanliness and maintenance of the property to keep it where one would want to stay there. I did have to report that the floor in the living area needs to be swept/mopped and rug spot treated. Price seems to fairly reasonable for amenities offered. Overall, I like this property and really hope that it will be well maintained since it’s fast becoming one of my favorite properties in the area. This was my third visit in the last month and I have stayed there two other times since they opened.

Courteous staff and clean room. They do need to make sure the floors are being swept/mopped in the living area of the room with rack new guest. I like this property when reasonably priced for the amenities offered. No microwave in rooms, which can be an inconvenience. .

We had two lights that didn't work, the tv did not work, and we were completely out of body wash the first time we went to shower. On top of that, people staying next door were arguing and slamming doors and being disruptive.

The whole hotel was beautiful and clean. My complaint is that we didnt know how to control the tv. When we went down to the desk to ask for help, the night clerk was not able to help because he didnt have english skills. They also didnt have free breakfast. I havent been to a motel with no breakfast in years!
