This is a scam. Do not book it. When I arrived the real house owner was there and told me its not a rental home. I did not get my money back.

This place was double booked. I never received any type of communication from the property then had to find a place to stay because I wasn’t told it was double booked until I showed up and there was people already in the house. I do NOT recommend this place.

Home was listed as available on Expedia booked around 8 am never got check in instructions figured since 3PM was check in time I would get a email with details then…….. NOPE considering I live 3 hours away I called the property to find out this home was available never got a phone call a email or anything I’m sure the property was notified of the booking hours prior just like hotels get the booking almost immediately but still never got any communication spent 4 Hours on the phone with Expedia to get moved to a different property will never do this again would not recommend!

DO NOT BOOK!

It was horrible! I had to spend extra money to buy pillows, covers, towels, and entertainment because the pool table and hot tub are false advertisement! There are holes in the walls, bed was broken, no WiFi, writing on the walls and mirrors, grass wasn’t cut, no soap or trash bags. Communication was horrible because there wasn’t any! Furniture is also false advertisement, nothing looks like the pictures. Ants and roaches! House was completely hot because the air conditioner was not on. Found cigarette butts under the bed.

Tampa house

We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest.
