Nice staff and clean room!
No soap in bathroom. Broken toilet seat. Gross exposed plumbing. No room to put your toiletries in bathroom. Disgusting drain in middle of bathroom. Outside door scanner broken do you couldn’t get back inside. Air conditioner in room sounded like it was quickly dying, and made a old rusty car trying to turn over sound like sweet music. This horrible grinding and clanking happened every ten minutes all night long. No one asked us how our stay was. The only positive thing I can say is the day staff were amazingly helpful and friendly so that k you to them! We will not be staying here again.
It was horrible. No towels, tv broken, dirty socks left in window, roaches everywhere, no trash can in room, bottles of urine in parking lot that were there all 3 days, party in hallway all night. Staff were not helpful at all. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.
Checked in on a Thursday night. First thing we see is some dude hanging half his body out his window trying to smoke on the 3rd floor. When the receptionist went to grab a key card, there was a cockroach that crawled out and she tried to make it not obvious. When we got to the room, it had an awful smell for a room being non-smoking. Went into the bathroom and there were roaches crawling away from the sink and tub. It was a nightly thing you'd see. The whole 5 nights we stayed, the cleaning lady didn't come clean or give us new towels during our stay. As for the amenities, why have a pool when no one can use it? Last day there, went to ask front desk if someone would be available to check us out at 6 am, they said it was a 50/50 chance. What? Overall, this is not a place to stay if you're down in Tampa for a vacation.

I would not recommend our first room smelled like paint had roaches and the toilet moved when you sat on it the next room they gave us still had roaches and the toilet was still messed up would never go back again thhe pictures online make it look nice but nope not worth it at all
WOW!!!! Where do I begin? I open the door to find a GIANT roach lying on its back struggling as it gasped it's last dying breaths. It was almost dead, I was exhausted so they get a pass. Holes were punched (probably with fists) in both sides of the bathroom door. The widow was broken, no, I mean really broken! As in sharp glass dangling from the frame and the frame was broken loose which allowed a really nice breeze to blow in through the night........okay, I won't go any further, I have stayed in much worse in foreign countries so I'm not complaining just thought I'd give a fair warning to the weary traveler who saw the pictures online and then show up to the grim reality.......
The pool was dirty. The baseboards and tile were rotting in places. The heating unit only worked for cooling.
Convenient location to restaurants. A lot of safe parking.
There were cockroaches in the bedroom the bathroom door was busted there were holes in the door and it was the most disgusting place I have ever been to
So I was in town for a bowl game, which, with the stadium less than 2mi from the stadium came in handy..Clean hotel, friendly people and a lot of stuff nearby. The main issue is that they didn't have a hotel shuttle, so I had to drive to the game and find a parking space.
What I didn’t like, no manager wasn’t on site, when manager came to hotel, not once he came to room and elaborate more on discrepancies. Yet, he chose to ignore them. We were told there was a jacuzzi with two hot plates! That wasn’t true!! However, each day was an issue TV remote didn’t work, A/C unit was malfunctioned, refrigerator was leaking, toilet was clogged and outlets from wall (two different locations in room) and to mention, there has been dust all over the room too. When I woke out of bed in middle of night I nearly slipped and fell. I just don’t understand why these things had to happen to me!! All I’m going to say, I wasn’t pleased at all!!!

The property is due for remodeling and updating. The lobby seemed recently updated but the hotel rooms could use the same treatment
The hairdryer was broke no coffee pot shower was horrible it was a trickle and barely warm
