Modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome in the heart of Tampa.

Located near the University of South Florida and Busch Gardens, this unit comes with a 58` Roku TV in the living room with Prime Video on us and a 32` Roku TV in the master bedroom. You`ll also have free parking with this unit.

Additionally, You`ll also have access to the community pool, game room, and gym located in the complex. There is a designated work space in the unit for those who need to get some work done while away from home.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED A 500 REMEDIATION FEE.

-QUIET HOURS - 10 PM - 8 AM

- NO GUESTS OUTSIDE OF RESERVATION. VIOLATIONS WILL CAUSE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $100 PER EXTRA GUEST.
