What a delightful home! The remodel of this house is beautiful! Very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is good, there seems to be a lot of remodeling of homes in the area. The location is great. Just a few minutes ride to "downtown". I highly recommend staying at this lovely home! 4 bedrooms means a separate room for everyone!Thank you for opening your home!

This home was perfect! It was super clean, safe, and surprisingly private. We loved every minute of our stay. It was such a beautifully decorated, comfortable home for our family. It had so much space and privacy. Very well maintained too! And our communication with Boyd was great! Will definitely stay again when in Tampa!

Very nice new renovation in a peaceful neighborhood not far from riverwalk and armature. Even has a filter in the kitchen sink that makes Florida water taste very good!!

Great Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay! This property is beautiful & clean. It had everything we needed. We were originally concerned that every bedroom did not have TVs but it worked out perfectly because it encouraged us to spend more time bonding. We had an amazing time and definitely plan to book again in the future. We highly recommend this property to anyone heading to the Tampa area. Communication with the host was great which made our stay that much better. Definite 10/10!

Great place for a family

The host is phenomenal, very accommodating! The property is clean and the host provides thick white towels like in a high end hotel. It is conveniently located with 10-15 minutes drive to restaurants and shopping malls. We had a good experience!
