There is a reason there's a no refund policy – the moment you get there you realize you've made a huge mistake.

The manager was very kind, and graciously refunded me for a mistake I made in booking.

I will not ever be back I was so scared of the place I didn't stay the night. It took them 45 minutes to check me into my room. It was just a horrible experience.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I stayed here because of the pictures and price, but I would not stay here again. I am not one to be negative about everything but it was bad. This hotel looked like a Section 8 "Projects" low-income apartments instead of a hotel for tourists. There were people out on the hall-way and front of their doors like they live there. There was a gangster looking dude outside the room who looked scary, he was either doing drugs or something. Inside the room, it was old looking and the door didn't have a chain. I didn't feel safe at all. This is the first time, I've stayed at a hotel that I didn't feel safe. I didn't even want to go outside after sunset.

Unfortunately I booked this hotel at the last minute and could not get in anywhere else. We paid for a deluxe King room, and got a standard room. They were all booked up so there was no switching. We saw people doing drugs and there were pets everywhere. The stairs were not sturdy and I almost fell off because of loose boards. On top of the questionable environment, when we got to the room there were stains on the blanket that looked like blood. We removed those and the rest of the bedding looked fine, but still grossed us out. And the last straw was that there was literally no room for anything. Please save your money!

Not so good, did not like the hotel at all. It was not what I was expecting. The hotel has smoking feelin in each room and not so good.

The room was an excellent location to the theme parks..

Very irritated that the hot tub had closed down. This is something that wasn't noted on the website.

My husband and I are far from people that expect crazy cleanliness.... so when i say how nasty this hotel was, hopefully it will prevent people from booking ... or at least bring your own bedding. We first noticed dried blood on the floor of the bathroom ... but we don't complain so we just put a towel over it and walked around in flip flops. But when we saw stains on the sheets and comforter .. that was so disgusting. We went to front desk to complain about the bedding but since it was late there was nothing they could do. They offered us towels and did have extra sheets (but they were queen size (we had a king bed)) ... but we took them and basically taped them onto the bed ... doubling up over the mattress and using towels for sheet. It was so nasty

First, the hotel is in a bad area of Tampa. I do not recommend going out late at night. They do have a security officer watch at night which is good. I felt safer with him around plus my room was close to the office. This was the second time I had stayed here. The first time was good, the second time was not so good. There was an ant infestation all around the bathroom sink and the water didn't drain in the sink. Internet works well and was free. Bed was comfortable. Its ok for one night, for multiple stay I would consider somewhere else.

Excellent for one night if you going to amusement park

It was pretty cheap for one night.. I love the location because I was right by all restaurants and amusement parks

It was straight... For the price.. It was straight... For the price..It was straight... For the price..It was straight... For the price..It was straight... For the price..It was straight... For the price..It was straight... For the price..It was straight... For the price..

The staff was not good, the was an issue where my car was damaged by a sub contractor ' this hotel. This issue is still being reviewed by the corprAte office for this hotel

The room was ok and the tv was nice. I found some hair in the bed and the shower that was clearly not mine. The area is really bad and you wouldn't want to leave your stuff in the car

All I can say call the bug man Roaches Roaches and more Roaches

The room floor was very dirty, and it smelled funny. Bathroom was dirty too. The only good thign is that it is located 3 min form Busch Gardens.

The room was filthy and outdated. There were insects everywhere and bed bugs. I left after four hours. Disgusting.

the beds were good. but the hotel needs serious upgrade. the room wasnt cleaned thoroughly everyday. overall is ok ok. if you dont have a budget then go for it.

Staff was very nice, however, the sketchy people hanging around outside was not okay... I ended up moving the chair in front of the door just in case. I will not be staying here again. The room also had a few holes that were nowhere near doors that had been "patched" up. Tub had rust and the stopper had been removed and parts were broken. Bed was comfortable, and flat screen tv was great. But overall would not stay here again.
