When we got to our room the tv wouldn't work with the remote. So after about 30+ minutes of the maintenance person trying to fix it he brought a different tv. The room was supposed have a fridge and microwave but didn't. Went to the front desk to ask them about it and they said there's no way all room's have them. They said they're in the cubby under the tv. "I then went back to the room and took picture's to show the front desk. They we're confused and had no idea why they weren't in the room. I'm happy with the outcome after all said and done but the experience was not a good one for a first visit to that hotel.

For the price I paid it was a good deal. The room itself was newly redone but still had the old type AC/heating unit which was my biggest complaint. The unit was so loud it made it difficult to sleep, yet if I turned it off I sweated to death. The bed was incredibly comfortable and loved the mini fridge and microwave. Getting a free breakfast was an added perk and the free parking is bonus too. Overall very satisfied for a short stay.

The pool areas were amazing! Kids love the pirate ship. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Over all I like the hotel. I wish they had queen beds instead of double beds. Sharing a small bed with a spouse and baby was rough.

I didn't like it, very poor condition ... dirty, staff is good but still have to improve a lot. The location is really good and they have Van for transportation to the Parks, really good.

I have been staying at this hotel for a week now and have been in the same room for the last two days and the water coming from the toilet and sink smells so horrible that it makes me feel nauseated. Front desk says there are moving everyone from this side of the hotel tomorrow to a different side for construction purposes and to work on the smell. I feel if they know of the smell they should compensate the guest by lowering the cost.

Nice hotel for families. Large clean pool and extra swim area for kids. No lounge chairs around pool though. Only tables with regular sitting chairs. No problems during our 2 night stay. Close to grocery store and lots of inexpensive dining options.

Drug interactions in back of hotel, insects crawling in room!

Started off as a great random weekend trip. Got to the hotel checked in and once we got to the room it went down hill from there. The hotel smelt awful, and was not maintained properly. the trash can was full inside the hotel room when we got there. The mechanism on top the door that keeps it from slamming jammed leaving 2 of the 4 people that where with is locked in the room. Once we got the girls out of the room I went in the room once they said it was repaired and stepped on a screw the maintenance dept. left behind which then caused me to go to the hospital for 2.5 hours. What a awful place.

Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close to Busch Gardens and the pool was warm enough to swim in during our stay, December 11. My only complaint was the A/C would make a rattling sound from time to time. The hotel is in the process of a remodel and they are doing a great job of not interfering with the guests experience.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing. Beautiful and clean pool. I plan on staying at this hotel every time I am in that vicinity.

It was a wonderful hotel however they would not allow us to barbeque there most hotels have grills on property or attempt a grilling ares however this place did not if they had a grilling area this hotel would be the perfect getaway

Hotel staff never gave us towels! We got locked out of our room. The bath tub had crack in it. The room was very dirty. The staff was not nice at all and did not care about you. Hotel looked nice from outside but was not nice. Glass was on the floor my wife cut her finger and it was bleeding. I asked to change rooms and they never called me back or allowed us to move rooms. I would never go back to that hotel or recommend it to anyone. I was very disappointed with the hotel.

The stay was Great, the staff very kind and helpful,the room was very clean and comfort,everething was great.

For the price paid was okay, but I prefer to pay more and stay in another hotel with newer rooms. The room and the bathroom look too old, I did not like the breakfast either.

great location

awesome breakfast

horrible smell coming from sink and toilet water

I have been staying at this hotel for a week now and have been in the same room for the last two days and the water coming from the toilet and sink smells so horrible that it makes me feel nauseated. Front desk says there are moving everyone from this side of the hotel tomorrow to a different side for construction purposes and to work on the smell. I feel if they know of the smell they should compensate the guest by lowering the cost.
