Emperor Rentals is the most responsive property management group that I have ever leased through in Florida. I have leased with them twice in 2025 and have already scheduled two more of their houses in 2026. Their service is unmatched.

This house was wonderful! Very clean, nice quiet neighborhood. It was stocked with Everything you would need to cook.The pool was well maintained. And the rental management in charge was a pleasure to deal with. When we come back to this area , we will definitely try to rent this property again.

Exactly what we were looking for

We couldn't have been happier with our stay from the cleanliness of the house, the amenities at the property, the communication, to the comfort that we all shared. We stayed with our family including children for a few nights and then just my spouse and I. It was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and safe neighborhood.

Perfect!

This property for our group of 8 adults in town for a wedding! There was plenty of space to gather and visit. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The highlight for us was the lanai and pool area with views of the lake and birds!

Quintessential Florida Home

Beautiful house! I have rented this house before for my husband, son and grandkids when we come down to visit family. It makes the obligatory family visit feel like a real vacation getaway when the grandkids can swim every day twice a day! My granddaughter said it was the best vacation ever because she was able to swim twice a day . This time We stayed with family from Europe and again nothing to disappoint. The pool is wonderful the house is spacious and accommodated 7 of us easily and they always allow my dog. The house backs onto a retention pond in the neighborhood and it has so much wildlife including a gator. The German family was so sooooo happy to get a taste of real Florida it was perfect. It’s a wonderful location for us we visit family in the immediate area and also Sarasota which is about an hour away. If we did Disney and universal it would be about hour and half or so dependent on traffic but you don’t have to go that far for amusement park fun. Everyone went to Busch gardens which is only about 30 minutes. The aquarium is awesome and just around the corner it’s actually a great vacation spot.

Best service!

This house was literally the best insofar as the property management. They are so communicative and frankly awesome. I stay at quite a lot of VRBO properties and this management team takes the cake in a good way. The house was just as advertised. The pool was awesome and the pool amenities were perfect. They have patio sofas and a huge outdoor table we ate dinner outside and swam every single night. And here is the coolest part- a pool vacation home with PLENTY I mean TONS of towels!!! Brilliant right? I hate pool houses or hot tub places with a paltry towel supply. Have to end up doing laundry twice a day- but NOT this place they have it COVERED!The location is perfect for us close to all our family. Plenty of beds and places to sit. In fact on checkout we were running a little late and the guy came to clean and I apologized and said we just need about 20 more minutes and he said. No problem at all and left his supplies to come back later. I loved it so much I am booking again with family for a visit in November with family from overseas. Excellent stay!! Oh one more thing, they don’t have a three page exhaustive list of check out items. In fact the only thing they asked me to do was take the garbage out on garbage days and check this out- they sent me a text asking me to do it! They didn’t expect me to just remember. I loved it because I always forget!

Lovely weekend stay

Clean and well appointed home. The neighborhood was quiet and local to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The beds are very firm, that was the only complaint anyone had.
