La Casita Blanca is our 2 bedroom, 1 bath house built in 1918 in the heart of Historic Ybor City. It's steps away from 7th Avenue the center of the Cuban cigar manufacturing district in the late 1800s early 1900s. Ybor was a hotbed of Cuban cigar trade, helping develop Tampa's unique cultural identity and providing the best Cuban food around. Cafes, nightlife, shopping as well as the TECO Streetcar stop are just a couple blocks from the house.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.

We've rented homes before, but this host, Jeb, is the absolute best we've ever encountered. He is a master class in what the experience should actually be like. His little house in Ybor has everything you could ever want to make your visit one that feels like home. We drove, from New Orleans, for our daughters wedding, so we bought what seemed like half our kitchen, but it wasn't necessary as this kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make whatever you can imagine. One bedroom and the living room have Smart TVs so you can login to your streaming services. There is a fenced in backyard for your pup and/or child. Sitting on the front porch with a cup of coffee in the morning was one of my favorite things. I was sad to leave so we even extended one day. Now we are on the road home planning our next trip Thank you to Jeb for a wonderful visit and the amazing recommendations! Rent this place, you'll love it.

Jeb was welcoming, and the property was clean. The neighbors were nice. The neighborhood could not have been in a better location, adjacent to famous Ybor City, with 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes by City Trolley to the convention center. I was in town for a convention, and it was nice to start my day with coffee on the front porch before entering the chaos that is conventions. I highly recommend this location. It's simple, easy, clean, and has everything I needed.

The property is conveniently located and was perfect for our stay. We drove in for a concert at Benchmark arena and utilized the Teco trolley for transportation. It's only a 10 minute walk to the station. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Nice clean bungalow . It had everything you need . We used the outdoor grill and had a great time. It is close to the downtown trolley system. It is in Ybor city and as so it is in a quaint older neighborhood.
