Fire Alarm went off at 2:30am and the staff didn't know how to reset it
Very peaceful and easy to travel from. Breakfast got boring after 2nd day, they served pastry the first day but no other afterward. The king bed felt like a queen and we kept sinking into the middle. Ice maker didnt work but made a lot of noise. The hall right outside of elevator floor 3 smelled bad, never got better. I ask front desk about a tv listing and said we dont have any then ignored me. Then another person working admittedly responded we have a master annd i can make a copy for you. That was very nice and made me happy. Gret customer service. Could not adjust the rooom temp which was to cold. I developed a sinus cold on the last day. Didnt bother the front desk because the one lady was there most of the time. She was not. Very nice to customers.
Nice clean rooms. The staff were very helpful and professional. We had a great stay. Would stay again and recommend it to others.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were not overly comfortable. They did not have extra toilet paper in the room though, so that was bad. The breakfast was ok, but not amazing.

This was a true room suite. It has doors! A true HVAC system that cooled each room separately. The breakfast was the closest to what we remember Hamptons were known for. Not a lot of choices, however. Same thing every day. Long wait short staffed kitchen but super nice. The room's kitchen was a little tight and fridge did not work right. This was the best of the four hotel suites we stayed at this trip. Two were Hamptons, a Best western and a Comfort Inn.

Location was great. It is an older property and some things need attention like cleaning the windows and carpets need cleaning. One of the elevators made a horrible sound which was a little scary.
Cleainess, friendly quick check in and very quiet. The kitchen in the room is great as well. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing i woukd change is this being a pet friendly hotel.
Staff was very nice and accommodating! Breakfast was great and evening social was nice. Hotel was quiet and relaxing!
This was a DOG HOTEL, there were just too many dogs, including the hotel manager at the desk. I have a 3 month old in there for 3 days????
I was there for business, staff very friendly, excellent location, the only thing I would change would be the shower door, very unpractical

wish we could have spent more time in our suite. Celebrated my Dads 80th Birthday and this is the hotel myself and other out of state/town relatives stayed at. The suite was beautiful wish we could have spent more time there. Don't second guess get a suite and enjoy your stay.
The room was great! Roomy and comfortable. The only drawback was the shower water would go from scalding to cool and back again without adjusting anything. Breakfast was good and the kids loved the basketball court.
