Good size for large family

the place is clean and even though it have easy access to stores (unfriendly-unwelcoming). Whenever we go to the store we come back to the house wishing we are not here. The pool n beaches always save the day. we love the pool and games that’s was provided. with mirror and glasses around the house it’s fancy unless your small kids Well behaved not rowdy I’m gladly recommended this place.

Great property with very attentive management. Well stocked with toiletries, spices in the kitchen, plenty of coffee. Easy checkout process (didn’t have to spend the whole morning cleaning). Good location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Kids loved the ping pong table, air hockey, and foosball table. Best rental experience to date.

Wonderful Little Oasis

Seemingly centrally located to everything around Tampa, this home was exceptionally appointed for our working vacation. We loved the pool, billiards table and the PlayStation for our down time, and the kitchen and dining room were perfect for our at-home meals. Everything was clean and well organized and comfortable. This place was perfect! Thanks to the hosts who communicated with us regularly and the cleaners who leave this home in pristine condition!

Excellent host and great house

We had 8 adults that needed their own beds and this house fit our needs. The house is newly remodeled and the outside covered patio/grill area by the pool was great. The pool was heated and was warm, despite the cold temps in Tampa the week we stayed. The communication with the host was excellent. The check-in and check-out process could not have been easier. The fridge had some malfunctions, but served its purpose for our group. The area the house is located at is a little worn down, but the house itself is excellent. For our trip of 8 guys a mix of family and some friends it fit what we needed. Very satisfied with our stay and would recommend.

Excellent vacation with family & friends. Property was immaculate. Plenty of room for the 10 of us, very clean, quiet backyard & very private. Pictures on VRBO don’t do this property justice, much better in person. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the Tampa area

Very nice place

We stayed at Mark's place for 6 days. The communication with him was excellent. The place was extremely nice. It looked bigger in the pictures but it fit 10 adults and 3 kids just fine. The kitchen dinning room and living room were in a great location and all new and updated. We could stay up to play games and not worry about waking the kids because the bedrooms were down the hall from the game room. The beds were very comfortable. Loved having the heated pool as the kids were able to swim at night. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is the first bedroom closet. It needs some repairing. Otherwise the place and our trip was beautiful. Thank You Mark for letting us stay here, We will be back when we come to Tampa.

A wonderful home

The house was amazing. The pictures didn’t do it enough justice as everything looked new. The house was super clean and very inviting, Tons of towels, kurig with pods, crystal clear pool, the host even provided some snacks for when we arrived! We had 4 adult couples and had plenty of room to hang together or have our own space. My next trip to tampa I will be trying to rent this house again. A wonderful stay.
