No complaints as such. The only unofficial whine from my side was something I discussed with the hotel staff and that they couldn't have mitigated. The whine was the loud noise that woke everyone up from the ramp near by in the middle of the night for 2 nights in a row. Ended up staying here to attend the GPUG Summit 2016. The hotels near TCC were sold out way before summer. This is a good alternative if you have a rental car. Make sure you get the SUN pass (aka EZPass for New Yorkers), There are 2 WAWAs nearby, a subway, Wendys and a McDonalds. This hotel comes with free breakfast that is open everyday for a reasonable amount of time. This is something I absolutely enjoyed. The staff members were very friendly.

This is a great hotel for getting to most anywhere around Tampa. We were all over the place and virtually all of it was really convenient with the interstate right there. The facilities are in good shape. The beds are alright. The furniture is in good shape. There need to be fridges in the rooms. That was strange for sure. Good value for the money. Nice staff.

The hotel was definitely okay for our needs, we were only staying one night, but it was not as good as I expect from the Marriott brand and price. It is just off the interstate, looked like on the edge of an industrial park, with absolutely nowhere to walk to for a coffee shop, restaurant, or bar, so if you want something, you'll have to get back in your car and drive. We were on the first floor and the ice machine was VERY loud. The room was definitely clean but the sheet were a bit too wrinkled. There were less than the usual toiletries in the bathroom, so I had to get re-dressed and go to the front desk for a shower cap. At breakfast there was no regular cream for the coffee, just three kinds of favored artificial creamer. The fruit salad was inedible, tasted fermented or off.

Good value and near casino and lots of restaurants

In town for game. Close to stadium and casino. Nice breakfast

The hotel was meticulous, quiet and very relaxing. The staff was courteous especially Carl, who went above and beyond the call of duty. Handicapped parking was plentiful which is not usual in most places. The handicapped shower was the best and safest we have ever had.in our travels. I would highly recommend this hotel .

Overall we had a good experience at this hotel. The location was a little iffy but was very close to the Hardrock Casino.

Perfect for staying in Tampa without staying in Tampa. Right next to the Hard Rock Casino. Will be staying again!

The trip was just a trip about touring the Tampa area. The hotel was very clean.

The hotel is very nice. We were there to go the casino and they had a shuttle bus to take us there.

Came to Tampa to see family and to go to Hard Rock Casino. This hotel was so conveniently located. The staff was incredibly helpful and very nice. The room was very clean and very nice. We had a wonderful stay!

I had a good experience at the hotel it was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was o.k.. My only real problem is that we had a "pet fee" charged to my credit card which was never mentioned. The dog with us is a service dog and was presented as such. It is illegal to charge extra for a service dog. I have called the Fairfield Inn to get it straightened out, but I am still waiting for resolution. I feel I should have been advised at checkout of anything charged to my credit card. I am not fond of businesses which use your card without letting you know.

room w3as fine, could have had a refrig but OK, breakfast hot and OK. Hotel has shuttle to Hard Rock casino till 3AM

Upon check in the clerk was rude and distracted. The room was acceptable at the very best. When getting a towel in the bathroom a hand towel was covered with human feces upon reporting it to the clerk she acted like it wasnt a big deal and refused to give us a reciept for the stay.

everything was great ,breakfast was ok but was out when we went down of eggs and sausage

Hotel very close to fairgrounds! Staff very nice & room was very clean.

I came traveling on business from NY on a one night stay. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Large comfortable king sized beds and modern fixtures. They also had a decent free continental breakfast spread, although stay away from the microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. They taste like straight butter and salt. Overall They provide a good overnight stay for business travelers.

8 miles from the airport, 6 miles from Busch Gardens, I-4 right outside (no traffic noise in the room, which is a major plus), I-75 within 3 miles, Hard Rock Cafe & Casino a mile away - that's what I call good location.

Room was spacious, hotel staff was friendly and even remembered who I was at the end of my stay. Very clean hotel, location was central and easy to get to various parts of the city if you rent a car.
