Great place in a quiet neighborhood

Stayed here for this years Sun N Fun airshow over in Lakeland. A bit far to drive every day, but the location was in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to many restaurants, so a great place to come "home" to after a long day manning a show booth. House was nicely appointed, clean, and "homey". Great place to stay.

Weekend stay

Home was very nice and clean. Description of property was accurate. Only downside was one room is a converted garage and the two main rooms (queen beds) where not comfortable and very squeaky at the smallest movement.

Everything that was needed was there. Very nice set up! Nice, quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Host communicated well.

Recommend this property

This is the first time I stay at a property through Vrbo. I have only ever stayed at hotels/resorts, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the stay at this property. It was clean (very important to me) and the neighborhood was quiet. Great location as well. Not too far from Busch Gardens as well as beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Visit

We had an amazing visit in the Tampa area.The property that we stayed at was very clean. It had a large fenced in backyard which is perfect if you are traveling with pets. We were centrally located to most everything in the area. We were never further than 30 min from anything we wanted to do during our visit. The communication between the host and myself was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this location to anyone wanting to visit the Tampa area. Thank you again for making our mini vacation one that we will remember.

Spotless, Warm, Gracious Hosting.

Our stay exceeded expectations! The home was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming ambiance. The thoughtful touch of a bottle of champagne from the host added a delightful touch to our arrival. The quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near shopping centers, enhanced our overall experience. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Truly a memorable stay!

Cute and comfortable

The owners of the property were wonderful to work with. We enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and comfortable. Had most of what was needed, however was missing the grilling tools, and grill was not working properly. Other than some minor upkeep issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing week

Wonderful property and will definitely stay again when we come back. There was enough room and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond when I had a question. I have a little dog she loved the fenced in back yard and spent most of the time out side and I did not have to worry about her if I went into the house for something.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

The house worked well for our purposes. Our daughter was in a soccer tournament nearby. One bedroom is a converted garage which isn’t clear on the description. No problems at all. It had most everything we need. Fire pit was nice.
