The Space:

Property Overview:

This third-floor unit offers a spacious and comfortable retreat for families or groups. Featuring four generously sized bedrooms and four full bathrooms, the home provides ample space for everyone to relax. Additional amenities include a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, dining areas, a free washer and dryer, and access to the community pool and nearby gym.



Living Area:

The open living space is perfect for gathering with family or friends. A breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dedicated dining area make sharing meals easy and enjoyable. Step out onto the small patio off the living room, which offers seating for two and a place to enjoy some fresh air.



Kitchen:

The full kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to prepare simple meals or snacks, making it convenient for both short and extended stays.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

All four bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and each has its own private full bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.



Community Amenities:

Take advantage of the clubhouse, lounge, fitness center, swimming pool, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and outdoor grilling area. Everything you need for recreation and relaxation is right on-site.

Guests have full, private access to the entire home and all community amenities throughout their stay.



Feel secure and comfortable in the gated community, which is monitored by a security guard.



Three parking spaces are available for use on a first-come, first-served basis. These spots are labeled “Visitor” and are not assigned.

Tampa Palms offers a peaceful suburban atmosphere with a touch of urban convenience. Located just 14 miles northeast of downtown Tampa, this well-kept community features tree-lined streets alongside a variety of shops, restaurants, and businesses.



Within a short drive, you can explore attractions like the Florida Aquarium, enjoy dining at popular local restaurants, or take in scenic riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk.



For shopping and entertainment, University Mall is just south of the neighborhood, offering a food court, large movie theater, and a variety of major retailers. A little further south, you’ll find family favorites such as Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.

Our property is conveniently situated near major highways, including I-275 and I-75, making commuting simple and stress-free. You’ll be close to shopping, dining, and local attractions such as Violet Cury Preserve, while the excitement of downtown Tampa is just a short drive away.



Residents enjoy a variety of on-site amenities, including a lagoon-style swimming pool, chalet-style clubhouse, fully equipped fitness center with cardio and weight equipment, full-court basketball, a computer lab with Mac and PC stations, free printing, and much more.



Other Things to Note:

Cleaning & Housekeeping:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival. Our cleaning team adheres to the highest standards to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.



A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Check-Out:

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly to prepare the property for the next guests. Late check-outs may disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations, and could result in a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering Home:

This is a self-catering property, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. For your convenience, we provide:

- Bathrooms: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom

- Laundry: Detergent pods for up to two loads

- Kitchen: Paper towels, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a coffee maker (coffee not included)



If any items are missing upon arrival, please notify us immediately so we can restock.



We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, well-prepared home for all guests.
