Evenings invite you to unwind together, sharing meals and conversation after a day of exploring Lutz and the surrounding Tampa area.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed and a full private bathroom, giving every guest a comfortable place to rest and unwind. The layout provides ample space for families, friends, or colleagues traveling together.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for quick breakfasts or simple home‑cooked meals, with a dining area and a cozy breakfast nook that make gathering easy. An in‑unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Living area & workspace

The open living room offers comfortable seating for downtime, conversation, or watching TV together. A dedicated workspace and reliable WiFi let you stay connected or handle remote work when needed.



Outdoor space

Step onto the patio or balcony for a breath of fresh air. The simple outdoor spot is perfect for a coffee break, a quiet moment, or a brief pause between activities.



Community amenities

Guests have access to shared amenities that include a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge areas, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and outdoor grilling spaces. These facilities are conveniently located within the community and available throughout your stay.



Added comforts

Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round. Self check‑in with a smart lock provides easy arrival, and free parking on the premises removes any hassle. The property is pet‑friendly, so your four‑legged companion can join you.

Situated in Lutz, the home offers easy access to nearby attractions such as the University of South Florida and the Museum of Science & Industry, as well as major highways that connect you to the wider Tampa area. It serves as a practical base for both local outings and longer visits, offering comfort, space, and flexibility throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Access & Parking:

Guests will have full access to the entire home during their stay.



The property is located in a gated community with a security guard, adding an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.

About the Neighborhood:

Tampa Palms is a quiet, well-maintained area that feels laid-back while still being close to everything. It’s about 14 miles northeast of downtown Tampa and is known for its tree-lined streets and mix of nearby shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences.



A short drive will take you to places like the Florida Aquarium, local dining spots, or the Tampa Riverwalk, where you can enjoy views along the water.



If you’re looking to shop or catch a movie, University Mall is just south of the neighborhood and has a food court, a large theater, and plenty of well-known stores. Head a bit farther south and you’ll find popular attractions like Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.

The property is conveniently close to major highways like I-275 and I-75, making getting around easy. You’ll be near shopping, restaurants, and local spots like Violet Cury Preserve, while downtown Tampa is just a short drive away. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Other Things to Note:

Cleaning & Housekeeping:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival. Our cleaning team follows strict standards to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.



Please note that photos are meant to show the general layout and amenities of the units. Furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary, and the images may not exactly reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



The community pool and other shared amenities are managed solely by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Check-Out:

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Housekeeping will arrive promptly to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations, and may result in a fee of up to $300.



Self-Catering Home:

This is a self-catering property, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. For your convenience, we provide:

-Bathrooms: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom

- Laundry: Detergent pods for up to two loads

- Kitchen: Paper towels, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a coffee maker (coffee not included)

If anything is missing when you arrive, please let us know so we can restock.
