Affordable, clean and quant. Bed was comfortable. I would advise that the front desk clerk keep her uneducated opinion about mask wearing to herself. You aren’t going to get “carbon dioxide poising” wearing a mask to protect other people.

very clean. good staff. value for money. close to town

The linens were not changed for 3 days, and we weren’t advised of this at check-in!!

Lovely property with a county feel. Very relaxing.

Good central location, and helpful, friendly staff

We had a double queen, matching log and bear decor. A basic room, heater and water preasure worked great, bed was firm, had a fridge, no microwave but we did see one in another room. We would stay again.

Great Staff and Location. Conditions at hotel met expectations.

One night stay as we passed thru McCall on way to Boise and Salt Lake. Rustic means rustic. Just a bed and shower. No amenities. Room was small, but adequate. Heat/cooling unit in wall was VERY noisy. Woke us up when it kicked on. Best price room we could find in McCall, but still expensive for the amenities. Got 2 nice rooms in Salt Lake for price of Rustic Inn.

Rooms were clean and looked nice for a basic motel. The location is great.

The room was very nice. Clean and cozy! The bathroom was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had 5 pillows. The towels were soft, and we had 5 of them including hand towels and wash rags. The lady in the office was very nice and helpful. I would absolutly recomend this hotel!

Walking distance to downtown and beach. Nice staff. Clean basic room.

I was going for a basic hotel and didn't expect much, however I would've been better to pay the extra $30 a night for a proper hotel. Three main issues: The room had a bit of a funky smell that wouldn't go away. The walls are thin and you can hear when the neighbors are "in the mood". Lastly, one morning the shower got only mildly warm with blasts of cold mixed in and the next morning it never got warm at all. The staff were ok but don't expect much from them.

The locals say it was a dump that had been completely renovated. It was clean and certainly adequate. We stayed two nights and they didn't make up the room after the first. The faucet in the sink appeared to be mostly plugged and there was no repair after it was reported. The beds were good, but a bit hard for me.

A very comfortable room, with the log/northern/rustic feel to it. The furniture was very comfortable, sturdy and open for relaxing in the room. We've stayed in a few motels around the state lately and this was one of the most comfortable rooms to enjoy an area from. Internet was usable...ok. TV/Cable, great, worked well. Heat/Cool, worked well on auto and kept the room comfortable.

Perfect stay. Road in on bikes and perfect stay._"bbhhhhbobivgudydysysydg0zogzfizofzpgxpgxpgzpgzpgxpgxpgxgpzpgzpgzpgzgpzpgzgpzgpzfozpfzpgzpgxgpxgpzpgzpgzgpzyxgxgpxpgzpgzpgzpgzpgzpgzpgzpgzpgzpgzpgzof

Had three rooms reserved. When we arrived, only one room was ready. They really skimped on the towels and toilet paper. They were clearly understaffed. Drunk people pounded on our doors in the middle of the night. The rooms were fairly clean but the carpets desperately need to be steamed, or better yet, burned. Don't walk on them barefooted, your feet will be black.

My friends and I went to Mccall for my birthday weekend and decided to stay at The Rustic Inn. When we first arrived we were greeted by the staff, who were lovely. During our check in they seemed to be doing construction and I could barely continue the interaction with the front desk due to the construction noise. Once we entered out room we did the usual inspection and realized the bathroom door doesnt latch and we could seem through the crack in the door way. Being that we were all lifelong friends it didnt matter too much. We left the room and wandered Mccall for a few hours and then came back and went to bed. At 9 am there was a knock at the door and before we got to the door the employee of the hotel keyed in and opened the door barging right in on my friends and I who were seemingly sound asleep. Yes, Mccall is a safe town... But there definitely needs to be some improvements with the room such as a better deadbolt lock on the door and a bathroom door.

Check in was easy, she had my reservation. The first problem was she didn't know I requested a pet room and a microwave. The refrigerator in the room was not working so I had to fix it. I spent 2 hours chopping ice off the freezer so I could close the refrigerator door! When I told the front desk she said it must have happened that afternoon. The amount of ice built up did not happen in just a few hours. After those few debacles everything went great! The room was adorable, the bed was very comfy. I slept like a log all night! The tv and cable was a big surprise. I could actually watch Turner Classic Movies!!!!! My favorite station. I will definitely be going back. But I will call ahead and make sure they know my requests ahead of time.
