Very clean and quiet. The hotel's location is within walking distance from historical landmarks as well as souvenir shops and restaurant.

Great location to many sights but quiet at night. A very helpful staff and a good breakfast.

Mixed feeling. We stayed here for four nights at the end of July. Temperature during our stay was 85 degree (F). No airconditioning, nor fan was provided. No bug/mosquitoes protection screen was installed at the window. For the first night, we stayed in the first floor. There is only one small window. It was so hot in the room during night. We could not sleep at all. It was like sleeping in the hell. They upgraded our room next day to the second floor with two windows. Air circulation was better. We opened the windows during night. Better. We will not stay here again. Hotel should install the bug screen to the window. At least, they should provide a fan to customers.

Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are small which is typical of Europe but the bathroom was extremely small. Would feel obligated to warn people about how small it is. Breakfast was average. Would be nice if they changed it up a little especially for guests that stay more than one day. Room is not air-conditioned but we didn’t need it for the time we stayed there.

The Hotel is nice and the staff was friendly and spoke English. It is located right in Old Town and many of the sights were within walking distance.

On the plus side: Staff helpful and friendly. I arrived quite late and was 'desperate' for a cup of tea or hot water and the staff member obtained me a kettle. TV remote didnt work: staff came up to my room to check. I could not find bottle opener for bar fridge items. (by now i am beginning to sound like the guest everyone dreads) anyway, the staff member couldn't find it either and so came up with a bottle opener to personally open my bottle for me!, Incidentally i eventually found a wall mounted bottle opener in the bathroom. if only there had been some indication about this eg a note on the bar fridge! Good location. Breakfast was varied and comparable with other hotels I have stayed at. A nice surprise was the access to the pool and spa facilities. These are located a15 minute walk away, but then if you feel like an early morning swim, a walk seems to go well with it. Room was clean. No so good: Wifi access was erratic which meant I had to keep going out into the hall, not just outside the door. Pretty annoying and inconvenient. The key didn't work very well and actually had to be reset. Room was very cramped and also quite hot, but to be fair I think the warm summer has hit many northern European hotels hard!

excellent good value very attentive staff excellent location for all of old town

I was looking for a cheap room in Tallinn, this did the job, small (I'm American) but clean room, good service. Good breakfast too.

Somewhat no-frills hotel located in a quiet corner of Old Town. Not luxurious by any stretch, but certainly worth the price.

Nothing too fancy, but clean, quiet and tucked nicely into a corner of the Old Town close enough to walk to everything but removed enough to be spared noise from late night revellers. Nice old building too!
