Location of Hotel is great...Walking distace to old part of City. Breakfast was exzellent. Staff was friendlly and helpful. Room was quite and clean, just the matraze was not really comportable. Pillows were bad too,
The hotel is close to the boats (if you want to go to Helsinki, Stockholm or even Saint Petersbourg). You want walk to the old town too. About the room, not a big one but clean & comfortable! We tried the sauna for one hour.. 13€ or 26€ per person. The price depend on the hour that you choose. A bit expensive & i saw better Spa really.
Very convenient location, and qualitative service. The rooms may seem too small to some people but to me, they are just perfect: very cozy and compact, the beds are big and towels and bedclothes smell amazing! Another advantage of the hotel are lingering breakfasts, you don`t need to wake up too early to have a breakfast or to hurry while taking a meal!
A pleasant hotel that is really close to the centre of Tallinn (except when it is -15oC and then anywhere is a long way away). Good staff and good restaurant (the menu is a bit limited but the burger is really good) with good beer and a relaxing atmosphere. The standard rooms are a bit small but fully functional and clean.
Stayed here because of the family room and didn't disappoint, nice room set up nicely creating space for us all. Room like all places inside in Scandinavia and Baltic countries during winter a bit warm. But fruit platter and biscuits plus dressing gown and slippers made up for it. Unfortunately you have to pay for sauna bit given how hot room and indoor areas are didn't really want one. Shower and bath good as was location, just a few minutes walk to centre.
Breakfast was wonderful. Staff very friendly and attentive to details, they helped to make waffles, explained what is best way to go to downtown and where to get warm food at 10:30 pm. Check in was so friendly and welcome I felt like I came to visit friends.
Nice room. Very comfy bed. The conference center is good, however the staff is a bit rude. And we had a constant problem with our room keys. The breakfast is ok, but the lunch is boring. Short distance to the old town and shopping is a plus.
Hotel’s very central location ( cost only €8 by taxi from the airport) made it possible to explorie Tallinn on foot and also keep fit. It was only 3 minutes walk to Viru shopping centre, 10 minutes to the old town, and 15 minutes to get to the port. There it was possible to get a ferry to Helsinki and spend a day there, or walk round the port and do shopping in Nautica new shopping centre, which has very unusual architecture. There were many cafes and restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Buffet breakfast at the hotel had a good selection of freshly prepared cold and hot food and 5 different juices. Lunch was also available every day except Sunday.
The hotel is clean and convenient. There are two shopping centres and many restaurants nearby. It is just walking distance to the old town and to the nearby tram/bus stops. However, the toilet floor was broken. It was broken in the shower area. It was extremely dangerous which could hurt our foot badly. We didn't check the hotel room while we move in and I only discovered it while taking shower. Although they changed the room for us the next day, it was still a very bad experience and very inconvenient for us to pack and unpack everything again. I believed they should not assign any customer to that room without fixing it. It is not a responsible hotel. I probably wouldn't risk to stay in this hotel again. The other facilities in the hotel are incomplete. The first one we have refrigerator but without coffee teapot. The room we changed on the second day don't have refrigerator but with coffee teapot.
I was on a business trip in Tallinn, and stayed in this hotel. The hotel rooms were clean, but the service is rather basic. However for a few days of stay where you mostly work outside the hotel, this was ok.
