I was on a business trip in Tallinn, and stayed in this hotel. The hotel rooms were clean, but the service is rather basic. However for a few days of stay where you mostly work outside the hotel, this was ok.
We made an excellent hotel weekend visit to Tallinn. Main thanks to ‘Ikaalisten matkatoimisto’ to book both ship trip t/r from Helsinki to Tallinn and Saturday to Sunday night in this hotel. The hotel is quite easy to reach from the D-terminal (about 10 minutes’ walk) if you navigate carefully. Unfortunately we ended on the main road side of NarvaMNT7 where the formal address starts. Unfortunately the construction work on a different building hinders any direct access. So you should return half block backwards with less obvious signs. So try to get directly through the parking are to the middle of the block where the entrance is located. Hotel is made into an existing building about 10 years ago. Rooms are average class. Breakfast included wafers (self-baking) and was good. Take into account upgrade offer when signing in. I have not been in Viru hotel in few years, but I think this is just better in two: functional climate machine and less noisy location.
I stayed at this hotel two nights, a second visit to this hotel. Last time the hotel had direct access to Narva Maantee, this time the construction site blocked the passage. The room was tidy and clean, also the bed was comfortable. However, I had problems with my pillows, one pillow was too low, two excessively high for me. The breakfast was nice and staff there was so friendly. Also the staff at the reception was so helpful and kind. I thought also it was nice that the new shopping centre Nautica was so close to the hotel.
Nice, clean and friendly 3 star hotel located 15 minutes walk from old town and 10 minutes to nice area with trendy restaurants. Closest surrounding is not exiting. View consist mostly of a big parking lot heading towards the harbour. Rooms are clean and Ok. Breakfast is also what you expect. Overall a nice hotel but without any twist. A feeling of being average, stuck in the ambition to either be a family or business hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay in the red room, It's not actually called that but it's all red! I loved it! The room was so so big especially for European Standards and the bed was so comfy! Location was so good and ubers are super cheap to old town. A lot of the rooms have just been renovated and they look great and really clean! I don't think there is anything about this hotel I could complain about! It was a great stay and I would absolutely stay again! :) Thank you for a lovely stay and I look forward to being back in Tallinn! What a lovely city!!!!!
Stayed here while on business, large room on seventh floor was nice and quiet. Lots of plug sockets always a bonus! Internet is free and reasonably fast. Three lifts which are also prompt. No hairdryer though, which is unusual for this size of hotel. Food very good, and the breakfast buffet is sumptuous. There are also two cafe bars on site, though I didn’t try them, but they looked to have a good selection of cakes, coffee etc. Location is good, so just a 10 minute walk to the “Old Town” Staff are also very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again for business or pleasure
Hotel near the center! Hotel is near Rotterdam market and Tallinn old town! The room was small but cozy. Room was very warm, but you can control temperature to radiator. Brakfast was very nice and versatile, it was easy find eating there.
Park Inn is Radisson’s entry-level brand. This is a good one. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, warm atmosphere and the location is perfect (10mins to the port, 20mins on the tram to the airport and 5mins to the Old Town). Only criticism would be two twin beds pushed together for a double bed, but the price was great and the location ideal!
I stayed in this hotel many times before so I could compare. Year by year its quality losens, e.g. variety of breakfast dishes, cleaning, etc. What is altogether unacceptable, is the behaviour of some staff, especially the guy guarding the breakfast cafe. He is not merely impolite but outwardly rude to the guests. Something incredible. On the other hand, the hotel is still fine, placed downtown a short walk to the old city. I would easily recommend it but for steady declination.
Good place for family and kids. Room was good size clearn. Breakfast is good . I and my friends with kids had fun time in there. Spa zone in big. We had fun and relax time in this hotel. And not so far from old town. Beautiful park near by.
