The location of the hotel is great. It is hard to find the elevator of the entrance. The hotel room is fairly clean, but there is no elevator from lobby to my room, which is kind of strange. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in 3-5th floor of the building. I had to walk up two flights of internal stairs from the hotel lobby to my room, as there was no elevator service within that section of the hotel.

Unbeatable location. My stay comes with free breakfast coupons to four nearby breakfast spots. I tried three spots, all delicious. Hotel is super clean and the building comes with free washer/dryer.

This hotel doesn’t have an appealing lobby as it’s located inside a very old building. The outside of the building and the lift lobby look dark and creepy. However, the hotel lobby and its room are very nice and comfy. I especially love the 4 different breakfast options which brought us 4 high quality and unique meals. It’s just 3-min walk away from MRT which is super convenient.

I stayed a more expensive hotel around the corner, I could not find this because they have listed their address so oddly, but it was a great experience, recently updated, much more comfortable than what the other hotels in this area offer.

Rooms are huge with lots of space to put luggage. Decorations feel inviting and relaxing. Relatively near MRT station with good connections to buses. Not in a major touristy area so rather peaceful, area is not crowded.

Great location! It's only a 2 min walk from the station (if you take the Exit 1). New amenities within the rooms. They offer in-room slippers, disposable toiletries, bottled water refill station. The bathroom was recently remodeled (new glass door and Toto toilet). Plenty of breakfast options were offered. They also have free laundry dryer (10NTD for detergent)...except, the machine is very weak, so remember to allocate at least 2.5 hours to complete your laundry. The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. I had a luggage trouble and they were able to help provide me with tools. However, they should announce the change in their concierge hours earlier (rather than sending an email the day before aka - the day foreigners would be flying). I had contacted the hotel months in advance to let them know my flight might be coming in late, and they told me not to worry since front desk would be available 24/7 on weekends. Then, 2 hours before I had to go to the airport, I received an email saying that they are not 24/7. Naturally, I was stressing out because I didn't want to land in Taiwan with nowhere to stay. Good thing I have a habit of constantly checking my emails...otherwise, I might have missed it. I then reached out via email FB messenger to figure out a resolution. Luckily, their staffs are super friendly and responsible, so everything worked out in the end.

Affordable comfort

The hotel itself on the third floor is in excellent condition. Service of staff is great. They speak English and are very helpful. Room is cleaned regularly. Water, coffee, and tea are supplied. Bed and pillows are good. However, the entrance at the ground floor (elevator) is not at all appealing. This area needs upkeep and renovation. Also, breakfast is available through coupons for 3 different restaurants which offer at different times. Not the most convenient and best way to offer breakfast.
