It wasn't something I expected cause I booked the hotel in the last minute before my trip to Taiwan. If you go see around the general prices of hotels in Taipei, this one is pbbl one of the fairest. The keepers(my gf said that they used this word in Mandarin to call their staffs) were really kind and helpful!
For the price and location, the room size is good and clean. My only complaint is that the room is a little dark to my liking, too few lamps. Surprising, breakfast was included, as it wasn't stated in my booking. Quite a decent one, with Taiwanese dishes (change daily) and simple western ones. The coffee is good! Overall, a very good experience.
The hotel is located near center of the town which makes it easy to go anywhere (only one station from main Taipei station). Though, not too noisy as I expected. The room I have been to has twin beds. The bed was comfort for me, however, some might think it is too soft. The basin to wash our face was very near one of the bed. The toilet and bathroom had no lock and the glass of the doors were transparent, so make it awkward for friends. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was limited. Still, it suited the price.
2 star at a 3 star price. Bathroom is part of the bedroom with toilet and shower each behind glass doors that don't close or reach the ceiling. Stains on the walls. 20 min walk to the nearest metro station. Dystopian looking area. Professionalism lacking.
Before arriving to this hotel, I had higher expectation on the quality of the room, I booked the Deluxe Single Room and expected larger and better room for my stay, however, the room was smaller than expected. The staffs are friendly and helpful, the room is clean all thru my stay, the location is pretty centrally located, but I will do some more research next time before booking any rooms in Taipei City. Overall, I had a okay time staying in this location.
Good location and great hotel. Five minutes to the MRT and easy to get into. Even in a city we not feeling any sound or disturbing from the sound outside. The staff were helpful and kindness. We have a very good times here and will coming back again for sure.
The hotel is extremely in need of renovation, The rooms are acceptable furnished, Our room was always very clean, but wireless internet was missing sometimes, location is near lots bars and restaurant, full of nightlife recreation, The hotel was visited by korean, people from Mainland China, very unpleasantly noticeable by loud singing and scream) visit.
Stayed for the new year. Staff were very helpful finding some restaurants and a good spot for watching the fireworks. Located in the lively part of the town and close to the MRT station, which was very convenient. 24 hour-beverage service was very nice. Room was clean. It was value for the money! I would choose this place for another trip to Taipei!
Loved the locality and convenience to metro, shopping and night markets. Hotel staff were very helpful at all times. great breakfast and plenty of fresh fruit and beverages 24 hours. Hotel is very clean and new.
Pretty much standard business hotel. Nice rooms, big enough and clean. Bed was comfortable. Located on Linsen North Road, which is one of the more lively streets at night, especially if you like massages and Japanese food. Nothing really stand out about it but no real problems either. Breakfast is pretty standard. Service is good, quick, responsive. Fair value for money, under 100 US per night. Wouldn't go out of my way to stay here but its certainly a viable option, the location is good, and it does the job for the price.
