The location of the hotel is super convenient - it is right off the train stop. The staff is friendly. Our room was dirty and moldy and the AC was just ok (it didn't seem cool enough to fully remove all of the humidity but it was fine for cooling the room somewhat). Our refrigerator was growing mold inside and didn't get cold. Our friend's room in the same hotel was much cooler so it probably was just our room. My daughters stayed in a separate room and their room had lightly reeked of cigarette smoke and was also quite dirty (don't look underneath the bed!). We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel so I would say that it is fine for basic lodging needs but housekeeping could use a lot of improvement.

We stayed 4 nights here. Although our room was very small and the floor and shower wall could use some maintenance, the hotel elevator was fast andcl the hotel is very close to the subway line. Shower pressure, temperature and intensity was great as was the mattress. Good value at an expensive time of year.

An OK, simple hotel Furniture in the room is way too old and should be replaced. No cafeteria, but several options nearby. Electronic checking at a machine may be a problem; we arrived around midnight and were lucky that a staff member was on site to help us (the machine did not take our Canadian credit cards and the person had to do something at the back office) Overall, the staff was helpful and kind. They gave me an umbrella as I went for a walk and stored luggage.
