Our flight was delayed so we were not able to use the room. However, at 2 am, the staff emailed me asking what time I’ll check in. They were kind enough to still offer breakfast. In the end, we didn’t get to avail breakfast as immigration line was too long and it was almost time for checkout.

A true gem among Taiwan hotels. The staff are very accommodating and attentive. It's also a great location, only a few minutes walk to Dongmen Station and Yong Kang Street. I had a lovely stay and recommend it highly.
