Let's start with the fact that the photos they put up are deceiving. It wasn't exactly a true representation of the conditions of the room. I could tell the photos they had on the website were old from when they first opened but clearly the condition had since gone down. The first night when we arrived, we had trouble entering the room because the lock had run out of battery. It took us 4 times back and forth from the room back down to their front desk to get things sorted out. They had to end up moving us to a different room since the lock wasn't opening. The overall stay was uncomfortable and the moment we walked into the room it had a very musty smell. The room really wasn't meant to be for 3 people. Spaces were tight and there weren't much space to put luggages if you have 3 people. The beds were basically just on box springs and it'd move whenever you have bigger movements. The carpets were dirty and you'd have to wear the slippers provided. For the bathroom, it's nice that they provided shampoo and body wash. However, the bottles had mold in them. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels. The room lights were dim and the sound proof wasn't great whenever people walk past the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros: Of all the places I stayed, this hotel stood out as my favorite. For a budget-friendly option, it felt surprisingly complete — carpeted flooring, good amenities, and a clean, comfortable room that was serviced daily. Housekeeping was consistently professional. I especially appreciated the thoughtful service: even when I only asked to have my bin emptied, the staff insisted on vacuuming the carpet and restocking the tea bags before leaving. The location is also excellent — within walking distance of multiple MRT stations and surrounded by convenience stores. Very accessible and easy to get around. Cons: The hotel reception is located on Level 3 of a multi-storey building, and it wasn’t obvious at first. You’ll need to look up to spot the neon sign, then take an elevator to access the lobby. The property is surrounded by high-rises, so if you're hoping for a scenic view, you won't find it from the room — but the city views are all around you once you're out and about. The towels provided can be a little overused — one even had a small hole — though I was personally fine with it. If you're particular about towel quality, you may consider bringing your own.
